When your lips touch mine..

Chapter 9

The next morning Tianna woke up and headed to the tiny kitchen. She tip toed over to the fridge trying not to wake anyone. Then she realized the boys were gone. She spotted a note on the counter top that read: "Out to get some supplies, Left car and keys for you, girls. Be at the gig today at 3:00, See you there. xx Martin." Tianna set the note down and walked over to wake Haley up. Haley got up rubbing her eyes, she still looked so tired. "Wow did you get much sleep last night?" Tianna asked. Haley shook her head. 

The girls got up and showered to get ready for the gig they had. Tianna did her hair as usual, naturally curly. She had on a bright yellow tube top with a cute laced-white skirt. Haley waved her hair and had a braided headband. Along with a purple one-shoulder top with a black skirt. The girls did their makeup using natural colors and were off to the gig because it was already 2:00. The girls knew if they were late too, they wouldn't find a good parking space.

Tianna was driving, while Haley was in the passenger seat. They had their boys' music on, blasting "Let's Get Ugly". They were coming down a curvy two way road, when all of the sudden a car traveling in the opposite direction crossed the yellow line. Tianna slammed the brakes on, but it was too late. They hit him dead on. She lost control of the car, as it fliped over into a ditch and rolled a few more times. The car was now at a stop, but it was upside down. Haley woke up and looked around. She was in a massive amount of pain she couldn't feel her leg, and she had glass in her. She looked over to Tianna. "Oh my god." Was all Haley could say. Tianna was knocked out, there was blood gushing from her head and a piece of glass in her forehead. Haley couldn't move to help her. Haley was trying to un-buckle her seat belt, when suddenly she blacked-out.

The boys were starting to worry about Tianna and Haley. "Nath, have you heard anything from the girls? The gig is over and they STILL haven't showed..." Tom said worried. Nathan's face grew more and more worried. No one has heard from them. Martin started calling them like crazy. Just then someone answered Haley's phone. "Hi, Haley or Tianna? Where are you?" Martin said in a strict tone. "Hello, this is a nurse from UPPC hospital, Haley Frisch and Tianna Mack were in a horrible car accident  and right now are undergoing surgery. Do you have any relation to them?" The nurse said. Martin turned and looked at the boys. He knew they wearn't going to like the sound of this, his facial expression gave it away. "What happened? Something bad?" Jay asked rushing over to Martin. "Ah, yes. We will be there in a minute." Martin said to the nurse then hung up. "Okay everyone we need to get to the hospital right now and fast.....The girls were in a car accident.." Martin said trying to sound calm. Nathan started to cry. He was so worried about Haley, he just sat there and waited for them to get to the hospital. Tom was pacing back and forth, he was an emotional wreck. "Come on. Why aren't we going any faster?!" He said angerliy. Before they knew it they pulled up to the hospital. Everyone rushed out of the bus and into the ER. Martin approached a nurse at the information desk. "Ah yes, Haley Frisch and Tianna Mack? They were taken into surgery? ermm..we are their family." He said. The nurse guided them to a room. They all waited patiently for news of some sort. 

Nathan grew impatient and he was about to walk out and demand information on what was going on when the Dr. just rolled Haley in on the long bed. She was wide awake and seemed a bit loopey. She had her leg all proped up and band-aid, with stiches in her forehead. Nathan ran to her as soon as he saw her. "Oh my god. Are you alright babe? " He asked worried. Haley smiled and touched his face. "I'm fine now, they fixed me." She said trying to calm him down. They were all glad to see that Haley was okay but they were still worried about Tianna. "Haley, where is Tianna?" Haley looked around. "I don't know...didn't she come with you guys?" Haley asked confused. Jay walked over to Haley's bedside. "Hay, you two were in a car accident and you both went in surgery, she would'nt be with us." He said as nice as he could. "Oh my god. Where is she then? Hello? Dr.? Yeah where the heck is my best friend?" Haley said concerned. The Dr. straightened up. "She is on her way out of surgery right now." He said. "Yeah well, put her in this room with me. She can't be alone!" Haley said demandingly. The doctor rolled Tianna in right next to Haley. She looked exhausted, as if she hasn't slept in days, she had a big white band-aid wrapped around her head as well. "Well hello there sunshine." Haley said cheerful. Tianna smiled at her. "What happened?" She asked. "We uh, got into a car accident." Haley said. "Oh." Tianna replied. Tianna stopped for a second and studied everyone in the room. "Jay, Nath, and Seev! Get over here!" She said delighted to see them. They all walked over and gave her a hug. "Seev...um...who are those two strange men over there...?" She said in a whisper. Siva hesitated. He realized she forgot who Tom and Max were. "Tianna..." Siva began. "The one is your boyfriend...and the shorter one is his band mate....you know we are all in a band together right?" Tianna looked at them, then back at Siva, Nathan and Jay. "Um...no. You, Nathan and Jay are a band, I don't know who they are, I've never seen them in my life." Tom rushed over to Tianna. "Babe, Siva is telling the truth, I am your boyfriend and Max over there is your friend, also our bandmate." He said. Tianna looked at Haley. "They are telling the absolute truth." She said. Tianna just put her face in her pillow. "Not to be mean or anything but I don't know you and this is a bit much, can you all please come back later on? Haley and I are tired...and should get some rest..." She said. The boys just nodded and walked out. They went to find the doctor. "Why can't she rememeber me or Max?" Tom exclaimed towards the doctor. "Look, head injuries are unpredictable. Sometimes the patient is fine, sometimes there is permanent memory lost, but other times it is only temporary...It seems that Tianna can remember certain parts, and people of her life. She may gain the memory back but may not. I'm sorry. There is not much that we can do. All that I can tell you is you can try and get her to remember things, by showing her things she used to like, for example food, what her favorite food might have been, bring it and it could triger some memories. But I will not guarentee it will work." The doctor said. Tom looked worried. Max put a hand on his shoulder for comfort. "So you are saying there may be a way for us to get her memory back?" Max asked. "Yes, but only if she is willing, you cannot force anything upon her." The doctor said in a deep tone. The boys then went back to the appartment to think and figure things out. Nathan went to pick up flowers for Haley and a small shop nearby. 

The boys were doing extremly well in America, their faces was everywhere. It was hard for them to even get around sometimes, without being stalked. Nathan was on his was back to the hospital to see Haley. Fans kept approaching him and asking for pictures, but he finally made it there. "Hey there, beautiful." Nathan said smiling at Haley. She grinned at him with tired eyes. "The doctor said I'm doing really good and won't have to stay the night." She said. Nathan walked over to her bed. "Then I think tonight we should do something special...like a date...well if you are up for it, I mean if you aren't feeling well, we can always do it sometime soon." He said looking into her eyes. Haley smiled, and blushed a bit. "Of course, I would love to, but what about Tianna? I'd feel bad for leaving her here alone tonight..." She said glancing over to Tianna's empty bed. The doctors took Tianna away for some more tests. Nathan grabbed Haley's hand. "Tom said he wanted to stay here tonight anyway, he seemed really determined to help her with her memory." "Then that's great, I guess we can go tonight, but I will have to call and check up on them, just because I worry." Haley said. Nathan smiled at her, and went to pack her things. While Nathan packed, Haley couldn't help but think about Jay. She was pleased and excited for her date tonight, but she hasn't heard much from Jay in awhile, and wanted to see him. 

Later that night Haley was getting all cleaned up for her little date with Nathan. They went to a fancy resturant right outside of town. Everything was perfect. "Wow, I just feel like it's been so long since I've actually been out. This is amazing. Thank you." Haley said while looking into Nathan's sparkeling eyes. He smiled at her and then glanced down at his watch. "It's still not to late yet, why don't we finish up here and then go for a walk?" He asked her. Haley nodded her head, and she finished her fruit salad that she had ordered. When the two were done, Nathan took Haleys hand and escorted out. They walked down a brick road that had golden lights strung above it. It was beautiful. Nathan stopped and looked into Haley's eyes. "I love you." He said. She smiled and kissed him. Haley was about to speak when a tall, thin blonde girl approached them. She held a camera. The girl snapped a picture of the two kissing. "Can I help you with anything ma'am?" Nath asked the girl. "Oh no. I just am doing my job." She replied back. She then left. Haley and Nathan both knew she was with the paparazzi and that picture soon would be all over the internet. The two didn't care, they were already completely open about their relationship. Haley and Nathan decided to head back. "Geez." Haley said opening up her phone. "What is it? Is Tianna alright?" Nathan asked. "Yeah, she is fine. It's just I have over 30 tweets coming in constantly like crazy. The picture of us kissing has been posted already. I'm getting all kinds of tweets from fans. Love and Hate....Wow some of these girls are really hating." She said. Nathan grabbed her phone and looked through some of the tweets. "I hate this. Girls get so crazyly obsessed that I can't even have a girlfriend because they hate her so much. But you know what. I don't care what they say. I love you and we aren't going to let anything ruin this relationship." He said while shutting her phone and putting his arm around Haley. 

Back at the hospital Tianna was just waking up. She looked around and studied the room for a moment. "I wonder where everyone is? They didn't even seem to leave a note." Tianna thought to herself. She got up and walked over to the door. She was reaching for the door handle when suddenly it opened. "Oh hello there." Tom said smiling. Tianna jumped back. "Hello." She said. Tom was carrying a cup of coffee. He walked over and set it on the end table. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to startle you." He said walking back over to her. "It's alright....uh where is Haley?....and everyone else?" She asked. "Haley and Nathan are on a date. Jay and Max went to get freshed up at the appartment. And Siva and the rest of the management are out in the little resturant across the street." Tom answered. Tianna went and sat on her bed. "Oh, okay." She said. She felt awkward. Tianna just could not remember Tom no matter how hard she tried. Tom came over and sat next to her. "Look Tianna, I know you don't rememeber and think I am making this up but please believe me when I say I'm not. I love you, and you are my girlfriend. We have been through quite a bit together and I need you to try and rememeber me. I know it's hard, you can take your time." He said. "I just, I don't know I..." He paused and looked at her face. Tianna had on a sad expression. She felt horrible. She wanted to rememeber but she just couldn't. And Tom knew that. He knew she had no idea about anything. He got up and just walked out the door without saying anything. He didn't even know why he was trying because he knew she wasn't going to rememeber ever again.
