Chapter 6-Family

They were headed to Pennsylvania. In two days The Wanted had a concert in Indiana, Pennsylvania, but the girls didn't have a concert, so they were just coming along to chill. 

Tianna woke up early. It was 7:00. She walked out to the kitchen like area to make some peanut butter toast when she heard someone else get up as well. "Hey you're up early." Haley said rubbing her eyes. Tianna grabbed her toast and sat down next to Haley. "Yeah, I'm strangely wide awake...anyway what's up?" Tianna said. Haley got up to get some milk then answered. "Yeah nothing really, I want to take Jay to meet my mom today...but I'm nervous I mean who knows if she will even like him!....Where are we?..Are we even close to Prince Gallaztin?" Haley said. She really was nervous to introduce Jay to her mom, but she had a feeling that her mom would accept him. Prince Galllaztin, Pennsylvania was their hometown. They both missed it so much. "I think your mom will love Jay! If anything, they will probably get along and like bond! And were in Portage right now, it is still awhile until we get to Prince Gallaztin, like an hour or so I do believe." Tianna said while getting up to throw her plate away. The girls continued to ramble on about old high school memories. "Oh my god, Tianna do you remember when we were in the 7th grade and you liked that Alex kid?! Now your taste in men...gosh wow...He looked like Abrham Lincolin!" Haley said laughing. Tianna laughed too. "Gosh Haley how could I ever forget! The entire grade found out I liked him because someone...you...has a big mouth! And hey you my taste in men got better! Tom is by far the sexiest I've been with!" Haley laughed and then Jay walked in. "Hey girls, what you chatting about?" He asked. "Oh you know just girl stuff." Haley said laughing while looking at Tianna. Jay laughed. "Well okay then, girls." 

After a hour everyone was up and dressed and headed to Prince Gallaztin for the night.  They arrived there very late that night. Everyone went to bed as soon as they got to the hotel. The next morning came and everyone was up bright and early. "Hey, Jay...Want to go meet my parents today?" Haley asked unsure. Jay got up and gave her a hug. "Of course I want to meet them, I can't wait...I just hope they like me..." Jay said. Haley smiled. She was nervous for Jay to meet her mom. Haley's mom, Shania, was a tad bit strict at times, and she wasn't quite sure what her mom would think of him. "I think they will love you." Haley said back. After the two got ready they headed out to see Haley's mom first, since her parents were divorced. 

Haley walked up to the front door and knocked three times. Her mom then opened the door with a huge grin on her face. "Haley! I missed you so much!" She said giving her a huge hug. "I missed you too, mom...oh and mom, this is Jay McGuiness....Jay this is my mom, Shania." Haley said smiling. Shania took one look and Jay and just smiled and said. "Well Jay, It is nice to meet you. Come in, please, let's all sit down and catch up." Haley and Jay walked in the house into the living room, and sat down on a cute little sofa. "So Jay..." Shania started. "Tell me about yourself, like what do you do for a living..?" Jay sat up straight. "Well I'm in an all-boyband...in the United Kingdom. It is quite a career if I do say so myself." Shania looked a bit shocked. She wasn't expecting to hear that. But she managed to hide her shocked facial expressions and just kept it content. "Oh thats nice...is a successful band? I mean like are you making alot." She said. Haley felt awkward. She knew her mom would ask all these questions. "Yes, It is very successful. We have fans from all around the world, and made it to the top of the charts here in the US...and it really depends on how well the tours make and albums make." Jay said. "Oh good I see now, so how long have you and Jay been together, Haley?" Shania said back. Haley and Jay have been together for quite awhile now. "Well it will be a year in two days." Haley said to her mom. "Wow, that is a pretty long time...are you two serious now?...like are you sleeping together?" Shania asked. Haley now felt uncomfortable. She knew that this question would come up, she just had to think of the right way to answer. She was about to answer when Jay cut her off. "Yes...we are pretty serious, and I will be honest with you Ms.Frisch, we are sleeping together but its okay, we take precautions." Shania suprisingly didn't look mad or upset in anyway by this answer. "Well good, I am glad you two are being careful, just keep that way, okay?" She said. "Now if you don't mind I have work in an hour and must go get ready, plus I think your father is waiting to meet Jay soon anyway." Haley and Jay got up and walked to the door. "Okay bye mom, call me later, be careful, I love you." Haley said. They walked out and headed to see Haley's dad now.
