Northern Lights

Dancing like waves within the night,

What is this tremulous light?

They are vague ribbons of green and blue,

Have you ever seen a beauty that looked so true?

They surpass any star in the night sky,

Please believe me, for I would not lie.

Some say that they are your loved ones watching over you,

If that is honest, please tell them I miss them, too.
