21~ College?

Sawyer to the side

~Ashtons P.O.V~

We sat in the living room for what seems the whole day. Lacey, and Andy keep asking for Tatum. She won't answer nobody's calls. Mason also won't talk to me. That's when all the house phones started ringing, Mrs. Armstrong stood up and answered it.

We sat there as, her face expressions changed every now and then.

“Alright, I’ll be on my way.” She hung up and looked at us. “Shes at the hospital. She wants me to go pi-- sign her out and drop her stuff off.” Me and Mason jumped up.

“What to mean drop off?” He beats me to it.

“She said she has some friends here she can stay with.” She explains and picks up Andy, also grabbing ahold of Lacey's hands. “And i'm not bringing either of you. You need to make-up I known you two for the longest and some sibling isn't going to ruin your friendship.” She grabs her purse and walks out with the kids, and her duffle bag.

My step mom came back after an hour. She said that she met they friends and she will be taken care of. There names were Ace, Shawn, and Sawyer. One being in college.

“So, you're just going to let her stay there?” I argue with Mason.

“Hell no. I'm going to find her.” He shouts back.

“I'm coming with you.” He shrugs and walks off. I follow and we look at every house in Great Falls.

~Tatums P.O.V~

“Are you sure?” Ace asks me and we pull into a condo.

“Yes. I need time away from him.” He parks inside his garage and we pile out. “You live here?”

“Yes, well its just me and Sawyer, Shawn stays when he wants, but luckily we have one more room.” Ace explains.

“And dad?” I ask, since they don't have a mom.

“Didn't want us, so once I turned 18 I moved out with Sawyer.”

“That's nice. You can say I ‘moved out’ but I didn't, I just moved on the other house on my moms property.” I explain and he opens the door to my temporary room.

“Your cool.” He explains and sets my bag down.

“Hey, I say that. And thanks.”

“Now we both do.” He says and pokes my nose. “Dinner will be ready in 30.” He walks out and I lay on the bed, reaching for my non stop ringing phone.

Ashtons name pops up and I answer.

“Tatum? Holy fuck you answered. Where are you?”

“I finally got to lay down. At my friends house. I need a break from Mason.”

“But why me?” He asks and I hear give me, when the phone starts scratching. “TATUM WHERE ARE YOU!! LOOK IM SORRY IM AN ASS. AND I DESERVE THE BIGGEST ASS ON THE WORLD AWARD, I SHOULDN'T BE MAD WHEN I--”

“You what?”

“Go out with Nyla.” I literally throw my phone at the wall. I get up and walk downstairs and into the kitchen.

“What was that?” Shawn asks as I walk in and sit myself atop the counter.

“My phone.”

“Why'd you throw your phone?”
