Tragedy and Blessing in One

The doctors had worked furiously, but fortunately, were able to administer the antidote to Carly and she recovered within 4 hours. Jack felt very relieved and decided to do something that Yusei never expected. He came into Carly's ward with a guitar and composed a song that had Carly touched very deeply. (See song for reference) After it was done, something unexpected occurred. Akiza suddenly felt queasy and rushed to the bathroom throwing up. Yusei was a bit shocked but then slowly composed himself while thinking of the joyous event this could mean. The nurse came into the room and felt Akiza's physical signs, while taking notes for the doctor nearby. "Well, Miss Ishinzki, I think I know why you just threw up in the bathroom. Congratulations!" Akiza gasped and let out a huge smile. Yusei had several feelings going on his head; fear, shock, happiness, joy and then back to fear again. "Honey," he calmly replied "this may change the whole story of New Domino City." Akiza nodded and said to Yusei, "At least I won't have to face it alone. But how on earth are we going to face the tournament?" "Don't worry Akiza. Right now, let's just celebrate. This is a happy moment, the happiest in my life." And with that, Yusei took Akiza into his arms and embraced her. Carly had stirred herself from her recovery when Jack told the news. She and Jack knew that while it was a blessing to have children, it was also going to give their two best friends a big problem.
