He fires again hitting the car Letty and Vince were in, they spin off the road and Dom tells Leon to go check on them seeing as their car flips. Dom then races up next to the truck and I open the door to jump as the driver is reloading his gun. The driver quickly swerves causing Dom to swerve and when the driver does it again he hits Dom's car and sends him off the road. I look behind the truck and see that Brian's car is catching up fast I punch the drive and again try to take the gun so I can get out safely. Finally, Brian and Mia pull up and I jump onto their car but they swerve to miss the truck and I slide dislocating my left arm. Brian stops and I roll off the car they lay me down and look at my gun wound. I am bleeding and I have already lost a lot of blood. Brian calls for a helicopter evac and gives his cop info causing Dom and me to glare him down. Mia just shakes her head and Dom looks back down to me. "I am so sorry Kitten for getting you into this. I promise I will never allow you to get hurt again. When you are feeling better get yourself out of here. Remember you are family, I have to run and you need to heal. Please stay safe my little Kitten I will come back for you one day." He whispers to me as he puts his cross around my neck. I nod and he then kisses my forehead and stands up with Mia, they walk away as Leon pulls up to get them out of here. Brian is kneeling beside me and we wait for the evac team to come. When it gets here I am put into the chopper and lifted to the hospital.
It's been a couple of days now and I feel better I still need to be taking it easy but I am almost able to get out of here. However, I am handcuffed to the hospital bed. Yeah turns out that I am being arrested for trying to hijack a truck and all the illegal street racing. Brian visits me and tries to apologize for deceiving me and the gang. I tell him how it isn't me he needs to apologize too, cause I already knew he was a lying deceiving jerk. I tell him how I never want to see him again and yet he still comes, I think he is hoping to run into Mia, who only visits me after I call her when Brian leaves. I asked her to bring my clothes and car the next time she visits so I can bust out of this joint. Which happens to be today, as soon as Brian gets out of here. Finally after and hour and a half Brian leaves, after telling me for the thousandth time how sorry he is for getting me into trouble. I call Mia and tell her it's time and as soon as she gets here she gives me a bobby pin. I take it and open the handcuffs and take them off. I grab the clothes Mia brought me and go into the bathroom and change into them. When I come out Mia and I do our best to sneak out past the cops and make it to my car. We get in and I drive Mia back to the Toretto house, hug her then get in my car and take off I think about heading to Florida where their street races are sick and the cops can't catch me.
