"I'll probably be gone when you come back.", Michael said and I rolled my eyes.
"All because I won't give you a damn child. You're so fucking childish."
"Then let me be childish. I want a kid and you won't give me one."
"Go fuck somebody then."
I walked out, slamming the door and wiped the tears that I didn't know were there.
"Time to go pick up mommy's baby."

"I missed you so much.", I said kissing Niya's face.
Meek handed me her bag and I strapped her in. I closed the door and stood up against the car.
"Can we talk?", I asked.
"About what?"
"Us."
He chuckled and shook his head.
"I gave you a lot of chances Nicki and you just pushed them aside. I'm not going to keep chasing you if you're happy with someone."
"I see. So how are you and that girl?"
"We good. How are you and Michael?"
"We're getting through it."
He nodded and I got in the car.
"Let me get her next Sunday and I'll bring her back the day before her birthday.", he said and I nodded.
"See ya next weekend."
I nodded and pulled out the driveway and started going home. Once I got home, Raniya was sleep which was great. I got her & all her stuff and went in the house to see Michael and his boys.
"Michael!", I yelled.
When I yelled, I scared Niya and she started crying.
"I'm sorry baby. Lets go back to sleep."
I started patting her back and walked to the kitchen and saw Michael making food.
"Why are all these niggas in my house?", I asked.
"I thought you would be cool with it."
"I don't know none of these dudes and I'm not about to have Raniya around them."
"Then leave."
I looked at him and started laughing.
"If anything, you should leave. I'm the one who pays the bills around here and I'm the only one who works."
"Shut up with that shit. You irritating."
I rolled my eyes and went upstairs to my room. I sat Raniya on the floor while I changed and then put her on the bed and laid down.
"I miss your daddy stink."
"Dada.", she said.
I smiled and she pointed to the picture that was on my nightstand.
