[The sequel is up! Yes, you read that correctly! It's on my profile. The title is Raising a Song 101. Go read it, my peoples! Had to make this an author's note since I have a feeling a lot of people don't know about the sequel being up. But it is now. Yay!
Now, I feel a lot like ranting my heart out and thanking you for your support. And I am going to do that, except I'll do my best to keep it short and sweet, since I know y'all probably don't really care:
This story has been a major success for me. I've got 5k reads, something I never thought I'd ever have, and over 200 votes on this one alone. When I first started, I was excited to get 10 reads on the entire story. Not votes, reads. And now... now I've got 48 followers and-let me repeat it-5,000 reads!!! People have read something in my story 5000 times. That blows my mind. I never thought for a second people would be this supportive and enjoy my works as much as they do. I'm being completely genuine when I tell you that I'm grateful to all of y'all. I'm so lucky to have people like you reading my works and giving me constructive criticism. I think-I may be alone on this, who knows-that I've improved my writing since the beginning, and I've done that through practice. I couldn't have done this or finished this without you behind me. Once again, thank you.
Okay, kinda-short-and-sweet rant is over. Thanks for reading my story, and thanks for supporting me.
If you like my work, I don't mind having votes or follows or comments! :) Y'all rule!
(Happy late B-day to Alex Kingston and John Barrowman!) ]
