Chapter 8 - Ryan

Back to Mary and Tanisha, who had just punched the turkey called Tim. They were now heading upstairs, hand in hand. Those zombies had no chance against this awesome couple. They went together like Dan and Phil. Talking of them..
"Mary?" Tanisha turned to her wife.
"yeah?"
"I still love Dan and Phil. That's OK, isn't it?"
"yeah! I still love almost everyone in Yuri on ice!"
"oh, OK!"
Just then, they heard a loud scream.
"oh no! A girl's in trouble!" Mary sped up the stairs.
"how do you know it's a girl?"
"because it was a really high pitched scream! No boy could make a noise like that!"
"well, depends what they're doing.."
Tanisha raised her eyebrows, but Mary slapped her arm. Still, it was hard to keep a straight face. Especially when she was married to Tanisha - it was very hard to be straight then. Anyway, they reached the top of the stairs and stopped to catch their breath.
"that was the fastest and most agile we've ever been Mary!"
They cheered. Then, the same scream echoed through Mars, so the pair rushed to help. And they found.. Ryan Callaghan! He was surrounded by zombies and was being eaten very slowly and painfully.
"Mary! Tanisha! They're killing me!" he screamed again.
"really? I wouldn't of guessed."
Tanisha sighed.
"what a shame. Oh well, come on."
They span around, but Ryan called out.
"wait! You have to help me! Please!"
"and why should we? After everything you've done, we're not going to waste our time. Give me one good reason why we should save you."
Desperately trying to fight off the zombies, Ryan reached into his pocket and brought out a pack of cookies.
"I have food!"
Suddenly, they sped towards the cookies, Mary running like a legendary Llama and Tanisha running like a derpy dinosaur. They smashed through the zombies until they were out dead. Ryan got up from off the floor.
"your cookies." he handed them to Mary. "and.. Um..thanks."
He sped off.
" he didn't thank me!" Tanisha cried.
