Mahiru's Perspective

As I looked over my head, hand on my cap, the sun hit its peak and a plane flew over me about to land. I had just arrived in Japan. With my duffel bag on my shoulder, I called Ren to come and pick me up.

"ANIKI, COME PICK ME UP! YOU ARE LATE!" I yelled into the phone as my brother answered his phone.

"Yep, I know, but you should look around before saying things." Ren said.

Hearing this made me look around. I saw my brother leaning on a black van door waving at me with a big, smug smile on his face. I walked towards him annoyed. He knew he was one step ahead of me this time.

"Yo, Mahiru. What's up? How was America?" Ren asked as I reached him.

"Nothing. It was fun and relaxing without you there." I replied as I was about to get in.

"How rude! It was hot and busy out here waiting for you." Ren said as he brushed his fingers through his hair to exaggerate him being hot, causing women all ages at the airport to squeal in excitement.

"Just get in the car. Otherwise, I'll leave you behind. I want to go home." I told Ren tiredly and told his manager to drive home. After an hour and a half, we finally got to our house. The house was bigger than I thought it would be, but I was too tired to care.

When I woke up, it was already 8 am. I was late. School was going to start soon and I was not ready.

~~~Time Skip~~~
School was boring as always, so I decided to skip afternoon classes and made my way up to the roof. However, when I got to the roof, I met an unexpected person. He reminded me of someone from Ren's pictures.
"Hey, you. Are you Masashi Reiji?" I pointed at him.
Arai's Perspective:
"Huh? Who are you? What do you want with that person?" I asked trying to sit up.
I looked up and saw a boy with light brown hair and purple eyes pointing at me.
He saw that I didn't answer so he said, "Hey, I asked you first. Shouldn't you reply to me first?"
"I'm not Masashi Reiji. I'm Masashi A.RA.I. Now, answer my question. Who are you?" I asked again.
Finally, he answered with, "Ah, I'm Ichinose Mahiru. Nice to meet you. Are you guys brothers because you look similar."
'Hah, my brother? Of course he is my brother, but I don't like him.' I thought to myself
"That person is not my brother. He could have found a better job, but no. Instead of finding a good job, he decided to become model and idol. " I ranted and wanted to continue, but there was no point.
'This Ichinose kid. Anyways, How does he know my brother?' I thought.
So I asked him, "Does this mean you're a model or idol as well?"
"Huh, me? No way. My brother is one though. You might know him. His name is Ichinose Ren." he replied frantically.
"Oh, that very flirty model that Aniki hangs out with all the time. So, what are you doing here?" I asked getting to the main point.
Mahiru's Perspective
"Nothing big, just skipping class. Same as you." I said.
"Hey, are you a freshman? I've never seen you here before. If you are an underclassman then you have to call me senpai. " He explained.
"Hai, hai, Arai senpai. So, is there anything interesting here at school? Something that would be fun to do and get my blood boiling?" I asked.
"Why don't you find out for yourself instead of wasting time here?" he asked as he stood up to leave right when the last bell of the day rang.
'Aww, there's nothing to do now. Should I just go home or should I check out some clubs? I guess I'll just go home for today. It has been exhausting.' I thought to myself as I was going down the stairs.
When I got home, no one was in. Just as I had expected. I went to the kitchen and saw that Aniki had left a note on the table.
I left some food for you in the fridge.
Also, we'll be home late today, so eat up and go to sleep
-Ren
'So, this means that Aniki's group had work to do still and won't be home until very late. This works fine for me.' I thought to myself as I ate the food that Aniki left for me and went to sleep.
~~~~The next morning~~~~

The irresistible smell of bacon and eggs came through the door and into my room. I woke up immediately and got ready to go downstairs.

Aniki and the rest in his group were awake and getting ready to eat breakfast.

"Good morning Mahiru. Let me introduce you...

"This is Yousuke." He said point to a blonde haired boy with blue eyes light the ocean.

"Hello, Mahiru." Yousuke said tiredly.

"This is Hiroaki." Aniki said pointing to a boy who had bright red hair and golden eyes like the sun.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Hiroaki." Hiroaki said cheerfully.

"Can I call you Hiro? It's easier that way." I asked.

"Of course you can, Mahiru." He said.

"Souji." boy with black hair and intimidating black eyes said before Aniki could.

"And finally Reiji." Aniki said as he pointed to a brown haired boy with gentle brown eyes that looked like Arai senpai.

"How are you, Mahiru?" Reiji asked.

"Refreshed after all that happened yesterday." I answered giving him a big smile.

I started to eat and looked up at the time and realized that I was going to be late again.

"Bye, everyone. I need to go now." I yelled as I ran to the door and put on my roller blades to get to school.

~~~Time Skip~~~
It was time for lunch, but I didn't pack any lunch. So, I went to the cafeteria and saw a mob. I decided to go hungry because I didn't want to get involved in the mob. As I turned around, I bumped into a stoic looking, I think, senpai.
"Sorry, senpai." I said and left in a hurry.
Tezuka's Perspective
The boy who had bumped into me left in a hurry and Fuji came up to me chuckling.
"Tezuka, you scared off a freshman." he claimed.
I looked in the way the boy had run off and couldn't find him anymore.
Mahiru's Perspective
"Whew, that was a close call. I thought I was going to be scolded." I said to myself out of breath.
"What do you mean?" Arai-senpai asked out of nowhere.
"Eek! Arai-senpai. What are you doing here?" I asked after I got surprised.
"Huh, this is the second year hall. I should be the one asking you what you are doing here." Arai-senpai replied.
"Oh, I was just going to come and ask you if I could hang out with you. Can I?" I pleaded to change the topic.
"Hmm, you can't. I have club activities after-school unlike you." Arai-senpai shot down my plea.
"Alright. Bye senpai." I yelled and waved while going back to my classroom.
'There's no way I'm going to give up though. I'll try to find his club after-school.' I thought and made up my mind.
