It's cold and extremely uncomfortable for my right arm, which held all my weight. Where am I? That's all I can think about. Over and over. Everything is dim and blurry, but my eyes adjusts to two tall figures standing on either side of me. "She's awake." The one on my left whispers. "I can see that, idiot." The other one replies, with a hint of sass. I whimper. "Shut it. He's coming." The one on my right kicks me hard on my side. I curled up on the ground and stare at my tied up hands.
A few minutes later, an entire group of people walks in. Most of them look like teenagers. The oldest guy walked up and glared at me with a sense of authority. "You could've gotten worse." Both men next to me let out a reassuring sigh. The man points a gun at my forehead. I try to gulp the fear down, but I just can't. "Alright, listen kid, are you in or not?" I do not say anything. I don't even know what all off this is about. He kicks me straight in the jaw. Shaking, I try to sit up. I can taste the metallic taste of blood. "In or not?" He demands harshly. I don't say anything for a few seconds, and he reloads his gun. I nod frantically. "Say anything about this, and everyone you love dies. Get back here tomorrow at midnight." And a sharp pain in my stomach makes everything dark.
