Brian
Jonelle nodded her head to the beat as she watched all the club patrons buy drinks at the Grand Opening of her club Diamond In The Rough. The name meant more than people would ever know and she made sure that her upbringing wouldn't determine where she would end up in life.
According to her neighbors, she was going to grow up and be fast like her mama. While Jonelle may not have agreed with the choices that her mother Janice made, she was still her mother and nothing would ever change that. Their relationship wasn't always the best, but they have been making an effort to fix it and Erin couldn't be happier.
Jonelle pulled her phone out to look at the time and smiled at the image of her son and his father the day her son Terrance was born. Unfortunately, by Terrance's 1st birthday, Jonelle had to go to the funeral for her son's father, Trevor. Trevor died 5 days before Terrance's birthday due to a brain aneurysm. To this day, Jonelle still cried when she thought of how sudden his death was. She was happy for the support that she had to be able to raise Terrance the right way.
The sound of the house DJ broke Jonelle's train of thought. It was August 26th and this was an important day for Jonelle and all the Kid Ink fans. It was the day his new album was coming out and he said he was coming to the club.
"Well ladies and gentlemen, the guest of honor has decided to join us. Give it up for Kid Ink!"
Jonelle's eyes doubled in size and she fixed her white bustier dress and made sure her weave was in place. She signaled her VIP manager and had them start to get the bottle service together. The moment she saw Big Mike, Kid Ink's body guard, reach the top of the stairs, she smiled and hugged him followed by Kid Ink.
"Good evening fellas and welcome to Diamond In The Rough. My name is Jonelle and I am the owner. Please follow me to your part of the VIP section."
She turned around and started walking them to the part of VIP with the red couches. Brian, his manager Tracy, his publicist Rayne, and some people that Jonelle didn't know went to sit down and she turned around to see the bottle service girls coming with four buckets with chasers, ice, Ciroc, and Hennessy. Jonelle checked to see if everything was in place before she was called downstairs to get change for the bar.
