DAHVIES POV-

~AFTER SCHOOL~

"Come on Dahvs!" Jayy said impatiently, shoving his backpack over his shoulder.

Though we only known eachother for a day, it seems like forever.

"I'm coming, I'm coming." I giggled sweetly, shoving the rest of my folders and shit into my backpack.

"Come on, Slowpoke." Jayy laughed poking me lightly on the back.

"Okay, Fine Jayy!" I said quickly, then forcefully jamming the zipper until time stopped, It seems like I dropped something..

My Razor.

Jayy stood in utter shock, he couldn't believe his eyes. "D- Dahvie?" He asked quietly.

"Y- Yes?" I asked nervously, hoping he didn't see that.

"Please tell me this isn't yours.." He said in a serious tone.

"I don't want to lie to you Jayy.. It is." I admitted, almost crying myself, my eyes getting watery.

"Dahvie.." Jayy whimpered softly. "Pull up your sleeves."

"Why should I?" I shot back protectively.

"Do you trust me?" He asked me, looking into my moss green eyes.

"Yes.." I mumbled in defeat, as I pulled my sleeves up, there's was my red scribbles covering my wrists..

Jayy traced them, and teared up a little, "Promise me Dahvs.. You'll never do this again.." He said solemnly, looking back into my eyes as I stared into his gorgeous chocolate brown eyes.

"I won't.." I stated boldy. I couldn't promise him, but it's for the best, who know what will happen in the future?

He then kissed both my arms and picked up the blade.

"Lets go Dahvs." He said as I hurled my book bag over my shoulder.

He then grabbed my hand and disposed the blade in the nearest trashcan.

Maybe this will be alright.

Jayy and I then headed thru the school doors, it was raining, fuck.

Jayy frowned, "Oh fuck it's raining." He then laughed lightly.

"Are you cold?" He asked me with worry in his eyes.

"N- no I'm fine." I shivered as I wrapped my hands around my shoulders.

"Dahvie.. Please take it." He said before taking off his jacket and handing it to me.

Jayy then held my book bag as I put on Jayy's jacket. After I put on his jacket he then put my bookbag back on my shoulders.

"Thank you JayyJayy." I smiled brightly at his kindness. He blushed at the nickname.

"No problem, Dahvikins." He smiled happily, then grabbing my hand again and intertwining our fingers.

"Now lets get going." He said, looking back into my eyes.

"But what about you JayyJayy, you're going to be soaked and cold." I whined as the rain dashed over us.

"Don't worry about me Dahvs, Im fine." He told me, "lets go."

We then started to walk to the sidewalk, our houses weren't that far from here.

"So Jayy.." I trailed off. "OOF!" I tripped on the sidewalk crack, and Jayy quickly caught me.

"You okay, Dahvs?" He asked carefully as his eyes widened.

"I'm okay, as long as you're around. I'll always be." I smiled happily, looking back into his wonderful eyes of his.

Jayy blushed lightly, a pink hue starting to grow darker on his cheeks. "Good to know."

We still walked hand in hand and soon arrived at my house.

"JayyJayy." I whined looking back at him.

"What?" He replied, looking back at me.

"I wanna walk you home and make sure you get there safely." I whined adorably.

"Okay Dahvs." Jayy smiled happily, as we walked across the road, Jayy tried to open the door, locked.

There was a note taped to the door:

Dear Jayy,

I have to go to the hospital for grandpa, I know it's such a short notice baby, but I never really got to tell you, I was so caught up with work and everything.

Anyway, If you need a hotel or something, the money's in a envelope under this message.

I love you Jeremy, Stay Safe!

Xoxo,

Mom.

"Well." Jayy said. "I guess I'm out of a home." He sighed loudly.

"You could stay with me JayyJayy!" I cheered happily. "It'll be fun! Come on!"

"Okay." Jayy smiled brightly. "First i'll have to get thru this window so I can get my stuff."

I laughed quietly. "Kay."

Jayy then skillfully opened the window and climbed in, later coming out with his suitcases full of stuff.

"Let me carry them for you." I suggested, putting my hands out.

"Nonononono." Jayy said in his Miss Swan voice. "It's my stuff, I'll carry it Dahvs, don't worry." He assured me, walking over to my house.

I opened the door. "Hey mom!" I beamed, getting her attention as she walked towards us.

"Dahvieeee!" She smiled happily, giving me a hug.

"Who's this? And why were you so late?" She asked curiously.

I laughed. "This is my Bestest Friend in the world, Jayy. He helped me get home, he lives across the street from here and his moms on a trip, so I was wondering if he could stay with us." I smiled brightly.

Jayy blushed. "Nice to meet you Mrs. Torres." He smiled sweetly.

Damn, I'm a sucker for his smiles.

"Nice to meet you, Jayy." She smiled back, then looking back at me.

"Of course he can stay, your father and siblings are on a trip as well, so I'll be kinda lonely this week." My mom explained.

"Thanks mom, you're the best!" I smiled happily, "Come on Jayy, you can sleep in my room."

Jayy and I went up the stairs and laid his suitcase on the floor.

I sat on my queens size bed, "So Jayy, we have homework, right?" I asked him curiously.

"Yeah, were you not listening Mr. Torres." Jayy smirked before giving a light chuckle.

"Possibly." I smirked back at him.

"Okay, then you little rebel. Well, we have math homework.

Lets get to them." He smiled happily, getting out out math folders.

"Yes sir, Mr. Jayy sir." I smiled back.

I could get used to this.
