We wen't out for dinner that night to celebrate. I bet noone could guess where. Nah, of course everyone knows where I am going but for the sake of the people that haven't guessed it's McDonalds. We pulled up outside and walked inside. We chose a table outside because the weather was nice and the sun was slowly setting so the sunset was lovely.
Jayde sat down with Mum and told me what she wanted to eat and I went and ordered for all of us. I returned with a tray piled up with food. Jayde got up and opened the heavey glass door for me. I set the food down on the table and sorted it. Jayde had a cheese burger, a chicken burger, a coke and a strawberry sunday. Mum had a chicken wrap, regular fries and a chocolate sunday. Don't get me started with what I had. I had two cheese burgers, a big mac, large fries, large coke, large chocolate sunday and a... kids meal.
"Um, why do you have a kids meal?", Jayde asked me inbetween laughing.
"Aye, don't laugh. I want the toy.", I whined and then grined at her.
I pulled out the toy. It was a Ben 10 action figure. I stood it up next to my drink and everyone looked a me like I was crazy. Mum and Jayde just looked at eachother and shrugged.
I raised my drink.
"Heres to Jayde and her amazing talents!", I yelled. Mum coppied and we drank.
We went back to eating. After about 10 minutes I noticed a family that kept looking over at us. I didn't think much of it at first because, well you know, Im Justin Bieber and im used to all the staring. But as the night went by they kept looking up and staring. I excused myself and pretended to go to the bathroom. I hid behind the wall and noticed that they weren't looking at me but at Jayde.
"Why would they keep staring at Jayde?" I asked myself out loud.
I had a closer look at the family. A man and a women, who looked married, and two children. A girl and a boy. The boy looked around 14 and the girl looekd around 16. I looked at the girl for longer. There was something about her that was familiar. Then the girl turned her head and looked at me. I jumped back behind the wall. I looked back and she was still looking at me.
"Her eyes. Dark blue, just like Jaydes.", I whispered to myself. I then realised that the reason she looked familiar is beacuse she looks exactly like Jayde, just younger. I wet my handds with the tap to make it look like I had used the bathroom and went back to sit with Jayde.
"Jayde? Do you know those people over there that keep staring at you?", I whispered into her ear.
She looked up to where I was looked and she had a good look at them.
"Um, they do look familiar but I don't remember them", she answer with a puzzled look.
"The young girl looks just like you though. It's kinda freaking me out", I turned to Jayde who was still looking at them and looked at her expression as it went from confused to shocked.
"Justin, I think I know them.", she leaned in and whispered a little scared into my ear.
"Who are they then?"
"I think they are related to me. They look like my... Aunty, Uncle and two younger cousins." I turned to her put my arm around her.
"You should go and say Hi", I tried to convince her.
She just got up and climbed up into the highest part of the playground, trying to stay out of sight. I turned to my mum who was just looking at me and I shrugged. I walked over to the playground and slowly made my way to the top.
"How do little kids do this!" I said to myself after continually hitting my head on the roof.
I found Jayde and I sat next to her and put my arm around her. She was crying.
