I was released out of the hospital today and my mum wanted to take me back to Canada. She was helping me walk to the car but I stopped in my tracks.

"Mum no. I can't go back. What about Jayde?", I told her and woulddn't move.

"Oh come on Justin. You've been through alot. Theres nothing better then your own home country and your own bed.", she tired to pull me along.

"No mum. I need to stay here with Jayde. Well until she wakes up. I need to be there when she wakes up!", I was trying to convince mum to let me stay.

"Mum just book another hotel room and make sure no one knows we are there. Everything will be fine. I'm going to stay at the hospital 24/7 with Jayde. You have no idea how important it is for me to be here with her",  I pulled my best puppy face and my mum gave in.

"Okay, you only have a week though and then we are going home. You have no idea how many people back home are worried about you.", she pulled a sympathetic look.

I decided to go back to the hotel to have a shower and a little nap in a proper bed. I am going back to the hospital later tonight.

When I woke up it was dark. Crap, I slept in too long. I'd have to wait till morning to go see Jayde. Visiting hours are closed at the hospital. It was 2:30am and I couldn't sleep, again. Everyone else was alseep so I slowly got up off the bed and had a hot shower to calm my still sore body. I just realised that I took alot of showers.

I was in there for an hour and and when I finally got out and got changed, Abbey was sitting on my bed waiting for me to come out the bathroom. She smiled when she saw me. I went to sit next to her and we didn't say anything for a minute. Finally she spoke,

"Justin, I am so sorry about what I did and I wan't you to know that I wan't ti be your best friend again.", she rushed all the words out.

"I should never have kicked you out. I am sorry. I wan't you to be my best friend again too Abbey.", I smiled at her and hugged her.

She smiled at me then her face dropped. She looked very serious and then frowned.

"Justin, I need you to tell me exactly what happened a week ago.", she told me straight out. A week ago was when I was kidnapped. Why did she want to know so badly.

"Why?", I asked her and I flinched at the thought.

"I got a note in the mail, with a picture off you. I know who kidnapped you and why. I need to know everything Justin. Everything, so I can kill that son of a....", I cut her off.

"Abbey. Calm down. I'm fine now aren't I?", I reasured her.

"No Justin, you are not fine now. I saw you flinch at the thought. You have bruises and cuts. Justin You are not fine.", she raised her voice now.

I looked down at my fingers and agreed to tell Abbey everything, well as much as I could remember. By the end I was basically crying and so was she. We hugged eachother and cryed into eachothers shoulders.

We sat like that for about an hour and when I finally pulled away she had no tears left to cry. I wiped away what was left of the tears on her cheak and went to get some breakfast. It was 6:20am now and visiting hours in the hospital open at seven.

I rang the hospital just before I left to make sure it wasn't crowded and was on my way. I left a note for my mum telling her where I was going.

When I got to the hospital doctors were trying to tell me I couldn't see Jayde. I argued with them and finally got them to let me through. I walked into Jaydes room and pulled a chair up next to her bed. She was still asleep, well unconcious, and I grabbed her hand. Her hand was ice cold and I held it up to my face and kissed it.

I closed my eyes and prayed. I prayed for Jayde and for her family back in Melbourne. I prayed for Abbey, my mum, Kenny and even Jake(the guy who kidnapped me).  I stayed in the same position for about half an hour. I released her hand and prayed out loud.

"God, If you can hear me, please, please help Jayde through this. She doesn;t deserve to die like this. I know you have a plan for her but this can not be it. Let her wake up and be healed, Amen"

I leant back and sunk into the chair. I sat in the same chair all day and didn't even move for lunch. Slowly the clock moved forward and by 7:00pm a nurse came in and forced me to eat something. She walked me down to the food court and I pulled the hood of my jumper up. I sat and ate and I asked the nurse to sit with me and tell me how Jayde was going. She didn't look happy. She told me that no one thought Jayde was going to live and they were trying to contact her family for permission to turn off her life support.

"Thats bull crap! Your going to kill her!", I yelled throughout the whole cafeteria. I stood up and thew my plate across the room and stormed out.

I headed back towards Jaydes room and locked the door from the inside.

I grabbed her hand and whispered that I would not let them let her die. I fell asleep in the chair while holding her hand.

I was woken in the middle of the night by the heart rate monitergoing crazy. There were doctors trying to get into the room and I ran over to the door to let them in. They surrounded the bed and fiddled around with packets, cords and many other things I didn't reckonise.

They left the room five minutes later when the heart rate machine went back to normal. I looked over at Jayde and realised she was awake. I wanted to go to the nurse that was going to let her die and yell at her but I had to stay with Jayde. I leant over her and she opened her eyes. Her eyes lit up when she saw me. She slowly placed a cold hand on my cheak.

"Justin?"
