CAMS POV:

Jacob and Cameron sit at Mahogany's table because that's where all the popular's sit. It's just like the typical high school experience, He was the guy everyone wanted to be, and the guy every girl wanted to have. 

 "Hey jacob, did you beat the little faggot's ass yet?" Mahogany sneered.

"No, this fucktard," he says pointing at Cameron," distracted me." Cam shrugged his shoulders and gave the most innocent look on his face that no one could ever resist.

 "I needed to tell you something important."He whispered.  

No, I really didn't want you to get to Nash, He doesn't deserve all the pain you've put him through, if only Jacob would get that through his thick skull!

"Whatever". he sneered, blowing me off to talk to Mahogany and her clique or whatever you call them. I was listening very intently on their conversation.

NO, I know what your thinking, not in the stalkerish kind of way. Supposedly Jacob said something funny and Mahogany blushed. wait? what! she blushed! ooohhhh looks like Mahogs got a little crushy wushy on jakey poo!

He look around the cafeteria and He sees Nash walk into the room with a boy with blonde hair, next think I know, I feel a horrible sensation in the pit of my stomach. Huh, never felt that before. Maybe it's something I ate.

" hey, Mahogs" I yelled at her.

"What?" she spit.

 He crinkled his nose in disgust as he continued speaking, "Who's that kid with the blonde hair by that kid with the blue eyes over there," not wanting to know that he secretly refers to Nash as his name and not faggot like the rest of them do.

"umm....let me look in my files,..." she snickered.

"just kidding, his name is Matthew Espinosa." He stared at her in shock, confusion written on his face. "what?, I have connections.." she implied with a smirk on her face.

 "why, have a thing for guys now?" She looked at me, dead in the eyes.

His eyes widen, "What? that's what you think, not in a million years will I ever like guys." He says trying to pass it of that his heart is nearly beating out of his chest. 

NASH'S POV: 

As Nash walks to his locker, he ponders over what Cameron meant when he stood up for Him during first hour. 

Did he really mean that? Does that mean he likes me? I mean I would think that he would be on Jacob's side, not mine. This opens my eyes, maybe he is gay, he just hasn't came out yet! No wonder why he wouldn't, it would ruin his reputation in this school and Jacob would disown him. He is down right lucky that he had that decision. Thank god I got out of the classroom so I wouldn't have to come up for an excuse for why I was late, I've already told someone. I can't risk someone else finding out. 

He walks up to his locker and puts his books in it, as he slams the door, he sees someone standing next to him.

" Hey, My names Matthew Espinosa, but you can call me Matt." The new kid, uh, Matt says to Nash with a genuine smile on his face. 

All he can do is stare and blink rapidly and the situation in front of me.

"Y..you w..want to be my friend?" He whispers.

"Yeah, why not?, you seem like a cool dude." Matt implies.

"Are you new here or something ?" He said quickly as he backed away.

"All right i'm just going to get this over already because you'll hear it eventually,...well here it goes.. i'm gay" Nash whispered.

He shut my eyes tight and clenched his teeth and fists really for the blow to come to his stomach or even a kick to the shin or the occasional "eww fag get away from me, I don't want to catch your disease." but nothing happened, so he slowly opened  his eyes and Matt is just standing there with a smirk and a humorous smile plastered on his face.

" dude, what are you doing, i'm not going to hurt you." Matt says while crossing his arms.

"What?, didn't you hear me?, I said I was gay, I like boys you know the D, the lollypop..." Nash blabbered, trying to understand what is so different about this kid than the rest of his school.

"Dude slow down", he giggled, "I heard what you said."

"and?" Nash asked, anticipating what he was going to say.

 "guess what," Matt said, " I'm gay too." His grin was almost to good to be true. 

 "what?" I said slowly backing up and thinking about the ridiculous possibilities... 

"Did Mahogany and Jacob put you up to this, huh?,  is this just some sick joke to you?" Nash screamed, the anger seething out of him.

Nash turned away ready to run until Matt grabbed his wrist, twirled him around and pulled Nash into a hug and whispered into his ear," nope," he said popping the p, "100% gay, I would go for you, but your not my type."

Which made Nash shiver in the process. he pulled away, "Whoo, I thought this would become awkward between us." Nash said relieved that he's not into him.

"So, can I sit with you at lunch?" Matt asked asked if that brief moment didn't just happen between them.

"Uhh....sure." as they walked into the lunch room and Nash saw Cameron talking to Mahogany and he heard Cameron say faintly,"What, that's what you think, never in a million years I will ever like guys."

At that moment Nash's heart shattered into many little microscopic pieces. As they sat down at the table, Matt saw his expression and asked "What's wrong Nash?"

 I replied with a simple, "Nothing, don't worry about it, Matt." and plastered a fake smile on his face, wanting lunch to be over as soon as possible.
