3rd Person

"Your eyes...you have so much pain, so young." The only words the elderly wolf could communicate after what seemed like a staring contest between her and a disoriented Rain. Our warrior was still baffled as to how this.. strange she-wolf could get into her head, how the wolf had powers that only Alphas possessed and lastly, how the hell the wolf could talk to her, a damn rogue.

The she-wolf really was not vested in the current ways of speaking this...English that seemed so fashionable in the modern world. This wolf we speak of here was a stronghold wolf of old, believing that if a dog wanted to communicate with another, it will bark, just like a cat would mewl for the same reasons.

She was trying, however, for the sake of Rain.

"You said- you said my young worry. Where are they?" Rain asked, her movements jerky and frantic. She seemed most vulnerable, an observation by the watchful eyes of the silvery wolf.

"Hey! Why are you just staring at me? I asked you a question! Where are my children?!" Yelled Rain jumping up from the skins she was laid atop. Her frantic eyes would not stop moving, and she wouldn't stop spinning about the room searching, not until she was satisfied that they, Thorn and River, were near and safe. and right now she was panicking and getting pissed off.

"I don't know who you are but I want to see my pups!" This she growled while none too gently lowering herself into crouching position, her wolf already coming to, as her eyes spoke of the same. This seemed to irritate the silver wolf, which rose to its full height of 6 ft.

"They rest, they need rest too." Silver wolf swished her tail irritably, her eyes challenging Rain's ready stare. "They haven't in long time, YOU hurt them!" The wolf barked with anger. "Run! Run always, never stop!" To the young Everton, it seemed silver wolf was making fun of her mothering skills, as is the thought for all young mothers out there.

"Why young one?" The wolf asked, concern in her voice...so to speak. "They precious are very innocent, they yours but Are. Not. You!!" This was too much for Rain, she couldn't let this old creature accuse her so easily, not when she didn't understand a thing.

"I DO NOT hurt my children! Don't bloody lie-" Rain slowly rose, her body coiled in defense and rage.

"Yes you do, bad moda!" The wolf retorted whilst circling Rain, challenging her, goading her... And that was enough for Rain. "I don't know who the hell you are but give me my pups right this moment!" She said, but silver wolf continued as if she had never been interrupted at all.

"You no say 'Luff you' to them, you NO show luff to them, just run, run, run!" At these words, the wolf saw the tears form in Rain's eyes, pain shining brighter than her being, the very fight inside of her disappear...

"That's a lie, I love my children! I love My CHILDREN!!" Rain screamed at the wolf could in lifeless anger yet, a heart full of hurt; the accusations having cut deep and a guilt she knew nothing of consuming her body.

Had she really been that bad of a mother? Was that really all she ever taught her kids? To cower? To run? Not to live a full life like every two year old pup would? Had she never held them up close and just told them of all the love that's full inside of her just for them?

Had she ever? Those were the questions she kept asking herself, her hands clutching at her hair while tears flowed free down her face. How could this strange giant of a she wolf invoke from within her so much guilt? Rain thought to herself. She felt her face warm and quickly wiped at it only to stop dead in her tracks as a sob lodged in her throat. She was crying? What did it mean?

Our warrior, having been hurt and constantly made to cry most her livelihood at Canyon pack, only knew to perceive that part of herself as weak. Was this it? For all she's worked to be strong on her own, why was this wolf, currently blocking the doorway tearing her apart? Rain didn't understand.  She just didn't, so she fainted. Again.

After leaving the emotionally drained rogue alone in the wooden cabin, one of many in this part of the forest, she was marching inside with purpose. The young woman still looked very lost, whether in regrets or in her sorrows the elderly wolf could not deduce, except for understand and accept that the raven haired beauty was lost in life as a whole. Without purpose, what is life? The wolf believed that Rain couldn't go on blaming others in this life, lest she perceive herself perfect. No, that was not safe to the world because the kind of journey Rain was to embark on, it would touch a lot of lives and the silver wolf believed Rain had to be as stable as possible...however much that is.

When the silver wolf decided to return by Rain's side, the door opened to a very confused wolf that showed no indication of humanity in its eyes.

With one quick observation, the silver wolf nodded to herself. "So I see, you are nothing but weak," she goaded.

At this, Lara versus Rogue turned menacingly. There was that wild look in their eyes, the look she hadn't adorned since her infantry days as a wolf out of law. The look that tells of a full animal willing to fully follow their instinct to survive and to conquer.

"still on your knees all along?" The Rogue rose to all fours, the silver wolf backed its way out of the cabin and into the open grounds. "Was it not you who punished your young for being this slow?" At this, the rogue emerged out the hut confused at the darkness in day light.

"Your young, could be dying by now, moda help they say, and you still standing by door. They die-" without warning, the rogue barreled itself full force into the silvery wolf. And it was one against the other, them and the jungle, the fighters among the silent watchers.

Claws dug into skin, swiping at bone.Clumps of fur made mat all over the grounds, blood painting the jungle red. It was time the rogue learned to fight; no more running and no more hiding.
