Chapter 13 - fears

Ebony, I remember all your fears you have, well had.

I hate having to say 'had' or 'was'. I want to say things in the present tense not the past.

The other day I saw a spider and remembered the time you called me because there was on in your house.

~Flashback ~

I was about to head to sleep I mean it was almost midnight.

But then my phone started to ring. I look and see that it's Ebony.

"Hey what's wrong?" I ask

"Harry can you come over?" she asks. I can tell from her voice she is upset and something has happened.

"Why?"

"There is a spider" she says

"A what?" I ask her. I wasn't sure I heard her correctly.

"A spider. Harry please get here"

I don't reply as I'm trying my best not to laugh at her. I knew Ebony had a fear of a variety of things and spiders were on that list.

"Yes, I will be over soon"

~Flash back over ~

Ebony I remember that night was probably the funniest, when I got over to your house you were so scared of this tiny spider.

All I could remember was thank god it wasn't a snake.

I loved that day aswell. You called me your own 'knight in shining armour' except I was in my pyjamas.

I wish I could have been your knight before the accident.

Ebony I'm sorry.

Ebony, I miss you....
