Kenzie's POV

I wake up and I check the time and it's 6:58am so I turn my alarm off before it goes off and I turn over and I see Luke fast asleep beside me looking just as handsome as normal, I gently shake him and he opens his eyes slowly and smiles at me then sits up "why are in my bed may I ask?" I say "I couldn't sleep so I moved into your bed, hope I didn't disturb you" he explains "no, it's completely fine" I reply as I get out of bed and I go for a shower then put on bra, pants, black ankle socks, High waisted Black ripped skinny jeans, a crop top and a big jumper and me and Luke when and bought some clean clothes because our were all muddy and worn and Luke goes for a shower and puts on boxers, black ripped skinny jeans, loose plain white t - shirt and

a hoodie

and I FaceTime Maddie. My hair is wavy so I leave it down and we both brush our teeth and order some breakfast and I brush my teeth again after and we pack our stuff into our bags and we make sure we have everything and I put Zeus's matching collar and lead on him

and it's now 9:55am and we check one last time and we go out and lock the door and we give the key back downstairs and we thank them and leave and we arrive at the Police Station at exactly 10:00am and we get a limo (ik how unrealistic) because it will take about 8 and a half hours to get to Brighton and we chill on the seats as they the limo driver starts driving and we turn the Tv on and we watch YouTube.
2 hours later
We have stopped at McDonald's and we're getting funny looks as the we came in a limo and me and Luke go in and I get 6 chicken nuggets, large fries, Coke, Cadbury's Mcflurry and Luke got the exact same and the limo driver said he didn't want anything because he has his own food with him and we pay and we take it back and we get in the limo and he carries on driving and we eat our McDonald's and i want to watch Bethany Mota because she is my favourite YouTuber well I love her the exact same as I love Zoe anyways Luke doesn't complain and I don't watch any makeup videos I just watch funny ones or relatable ones. We decide on watching Saffron and Millie's Public Dares video and it's so funny, it's now 2:30pm so we only have 3 and a half hours to go and I lie on the seat with my head on Luke's chest and I fall asleep for about 15 minutes and I wake up but I can't be bothered to open my eyes and I feel soft lips touch my cheek gently and I smile and I open one eye "you thought I was asleep, didn't you" I say smiling at him "maybe" he replies blushing and I sit up and kiss his on the cheek in return (cringeyyyy) and we both smile and I lean my head against his and we both fall asleep and I wake up cause Luke kissed my cheek again "it's 4:20 we only have just over 2 hours to go" he tells me "is that so" I reply snuggling up to him and I pat Zeus who has been sleeping on the seats for most of the journey and has woke up about 3 times this whole journey and he yawns and makes a squeaky noise and it's adorable "wait who's keeping Zeus?" I ask "am not sure but my parents were thinking about getting a German Shepherd a couple of months before I got taken so they might have one I don't know" Luke replies "I have a dog called Maliboo and he doesn't like other dogs so you might have to keep him" I say "yeah I want to" he answers "me too but I can't really" I say sleepily and I fall asleep again and I wake up and Luke is asleep and I check the time and it's 6:23pm and I kiss Luke on the cheek and that does wake him up "it's 6:23pm, we're almost here" I say excitedly and we just go on our phones and the next 17 minutes fly by and we arrive and we get out and Luke runs and hugs his mum then his dad as he's not seen them in over a year and I can tell where he got his good looks from and I run and hug Maddie first and I have Zeus and I give her his lead and I hug my mum "who's the dog?" Mum asks as I run and hug Carys, Zoe and Alfie "he's called Zeus and he was in the shed thing we were in and we couldn't leave him so we took him" i reply and lastly I hug Luke "am gonna miss you a lot" Luke whispers into my ear "same" I say tears welling up in my eyes and as we end the hug I see a tear run down his face and that makes me start to cry and we hug again and we agree to meet up tomorrow and we hug one last time and say bye and we get into our cars and we're staying at Zoe, Alfie and Carys's and we follow Zoe's car and we get back and my mum goes up stairs with Maddie and Alfie and I talk a bit with Carys and she goes upstairs and Zoe is somewhere I dunno where and I sit in the cosy room in complete silence staring and everything comes back to me about what happened and how I miss Luke and tears start falling and all I can hear is the tiny noise when a tear hits the wooden floor and the cosy room door opens and it's Zoe and she closes it and sits next to me and she hugs me and I cry onto her shoulder, Zoe is like a second mum sometimes she's more like my proper mum like my I know my mum cares about me but I just feel like Zoe cares more and I feel I can tell my mum some things but not all but I can tell Zoe with no problem at all. I tell her how I feel about her being a second mum to me and how she seems to care more and she doesn't judge me, she just understands that's one of the many reasons that I love her so much. I tell her about my feelings for Luke and everything that happened and I can tell Maddie everything as well, Zoe wipes tears off my face and stares into my watery Brown eyes and says "I know it will take time to recover but use time wisely because it goes fast and you don't want to recover to fast because you'll get even more emotional problems, you have to stay strong no matter how hard it is I know you can stay strong, I know you can overcome this " Zoe says "how can you be so sure" I ask wiping my eyes "I just know....you'll understand one day" Zoe replies "when?" I ask curiously "when the time is right you will know" Zoe answers mysteriously "mmm" I say confused and we put Youtube on the Tv and we cuddle under blankets and we order pizza and me, Maddie, Carys and Zoe get Margarita pizzas and mum and Alfie get something I don't know what. We watch Bethany Mota and it's now 9:34pm and me and Maddie are sleeping in one guest bedroom and mum is sleeping in the other and Carys is sleeping in Zoe and Alfie's bed, we all go to bed whilst Alfie clears up downstairs.
