Amy's POV

Jack has two horse exercisers, one were the horses just walk round and one were the horse walk round in water, it's just the same but in water

When some horses are hurt it's good to put them in that as it relaxes their muscles and calms them as there just walking in circles and we never make it so fast they have to run, we always have it at a slow walk

When some horses are hurt it's good to put them in that as it relaxes their muscles and calms them as there just walking in circles and we never make it so fast they have to run, we always have it at a slow walk. We make the machine faster so the horses are now trotting but Ebony decides he's having none of it, he jumps up squealing, kicking anything around him including the metal barrier behind him and Cyrus jumps and squeals as well so we slow the machine to a walk and they continue to jump and kick and swirl around. We stop it and Cyrus calms a bit to just jumping around, Ebony stop squealing but continues jumping and turning. Jack runs off and comes back with another lead rope and a lunge rope and we move the machine round until Ebony's at the door and he opens the door and nudges me to go in so I unclip the other lead rope from the ring at the bottom and clip both lead ropes to the square bits of metal on the sides

(The bits circled) and attach the outside one to the barrier in front and I clip the lunge rope to the ring at the bottom and throw it to Jack and he turns it on and I pat Ebony gently and he slowly walks round and calms down. Jack is walking around it holding the lunge Rein, he stops the machine and tells me to let him out so I unclip both lead reins and Jack passes me the lunge Rein and I follow him to his other exerciser, the water one. "This will calm him down" he says and opens the gate to the small ramp and Ebony anxiously walks down into the water and stands there and nickers at one of the smaller ponies through the window and we laugh. I shut the gate quietly and Jack holds the lunge rein and walks round slowly and Ebony is now completely calm so we're quite confused then he starts turning and swirling around "I think I know what it is" I say "he knows what to do but doesn't like being told so if we take the lunge Rein off and see it he'll do it on his own" I say confidently "okay, we'll try it" he says and unclips it and jack walks round and Ebony causally walks round on his own, we sit down on the seats at the side. He walks round swiftly neighing every so often, he slows and stops at the ramp so we let him out and he shakes and I jump out the way so I don't get soaked "pew" I say laughing. I put a lead rope on him and since his head was above the water his head collar isn't wet, the other horses come out the other one and we work together to dry Ebony. Jack decides that Kenz is gonna ride Ebony, me on a new horse he bought called Bolton because he's apparently quite bad for bolting, hence the name. Tom on Miran because Jack was told about the horses before he got them, he's gonna be on Chico and Lily is on Snicker. We brush them and pick out their hooves, I grab his bridle and saddle and I place the saddle on a saddle stand. I take Bolton's halter off and put it round his neck so he can't trot off, with a bit of difficulty and him not cooperating I finally get the bit in his mouth as I shove it over his ears because he manages to get it off. I manage to buckle up the strap under his chin as he's shaking is head around, he gives up and let's me do up his chin strap as he munches on some hay out of the hay net. I gently swing the saddle and saddle pad over onto his back, Bolton jumps but settles seconds after so I strap up the girth strap. I look around to see everyone else about done so I tighten the girth strap fully, I put my hat on and clip the strap, I pat him as he hangs his head in boredom. I grab a salt lick and tie it up and he starts licking it, I undo the halter and it hangs from the lead rope which is attached to the wall. I clip the lead rope up his bridle so he doesn't wander off and I leave the halter on the ground next to the wall. I mount and put on my gloves, I gather up the reins and everyone else is ready except for Tom and Jack who are just mounting so I lean onto his neck and take off his lead rope. We set off in a group with Jack and Katie at the front and us three behind them and we ride into the woods. Every so often Bolton tries to go round Snicker but I stop him, we quicken to a trot along the dry dirt track. On my left is a field of cows and on my right is trees and the path slowly goes from the side of the wood to into the wood. There are some horse jumps around here which are just logs or branches that were presumably found lying around. A jump comes which is just some logs stacked up on top of each other in a pattern,
