I head downstairs, and cut up some fruit for breakfast. I grab some pineapple juice, take a drink then shove the carton back in the fridge. I head across the yard to the stables, Fletch is getting a clip in a few days so I thought I'd wash him today. Fletch is a Chestnut horse with white stockings, and a white stripe down his nose. I feed all the horses, it takes a while but I let all the horses out into their fields. I start by mucking out, I clean each of their water troughs until their silver and shiny. and a matching blue lead rope. I put my phone in my pocket which is playing music, I head down to one of the paddocks. "Hiya, Blossom, Pellet, Bullet, Fletch" I pet each nose. "Sorry you three, just Fletch right now. Back up, back up" I say as I slowly open the gate and try avoid hitting their chests. I slip in and swing the gate round, "hiya boy" I pet his silky neck as I put on his halter, I then clip on the lead rope. I lead him out, his hooves clip - clopping on the stone path. I loosely tie him up, I grab a dandy brush and brush off any dust or loose dirt. I then get a magic brush and scrub all the dirt out of his coat. I take a brush and brush through his tail thoroughly, then I brush any knots out his mane. I pick out any hay from tail and start, these are the stages.
I check the hose temperature
I go over coat twice with water
Squirt a few lines of shampoo and use body brush to scrub it in
I use my hand to help wash off shampoo
Use different shampoo and put onto body brush otherwise it'll stain the horses coat if put straight on coat
