Archie frowned spinning around in his desk chair, Veronica sat on his bed her legs resting up on the wall besides one of his music related posters.

Reggie sat up from his laying position on the floor, annoyed by the silence of his friends. He knew something was wrong with the two. The boy also had a pretty good idea of what was actually wrong but he wasn't sure of it. Reggie had noticed the mood changed with Archie, his less smiley attitude, spacing out during practice. On the other hand, Veronica's stone cold personality didn't give off that she was in the middle of a heartbreak until he walked into the Andrews residence and found her crying while Archie comforted her.

Reggie wanted to help, regardless of how much of an asshole he could be. He hated seeing one of his best friends going through drastic mood changes. Even if he didn't consider Veronica to be as close of a friend or even a friend at all, he of course still worried for the girl. More now that he same her having a break down.

"I'm going to fix it." He stated standing up gaining the attention of the two mopey teenagers "Whatever problem you guys are having needs to be solved before i kill my self. I feel like I'm drowning in the sadness forest from The Never Ending Story with your guys moods."

Archie rolled his eyes at Reggie's classic movie reference, Veronica ignored moving her attention from the poster to the pattern of her fuzzy socks. The snowfall outside was heavy, the three teenagers had no plans to leave the warmth of the Andrews home until much later.

"Now you guys just have to tell me !! I can help." Reggie

Veronica took in a deep breath turning to a sitting position. Explaining her side, thankfully leaving everything that has to do with Archie in the situation out of it. He looked at her giving her a quick thankful smile earning one back from her.

"And I'm guess Archie is like this because it's raining down on his sunshine parade." Reggie chuckled glancing at the redheaded boy. Archie made a face at him in a joking manner

"He's exactly. He can't deal with the possibility of loosing his friend group."

"The only other person who knows about this is Kevin?"

"Yep."  Veronica replied popping the 'P' as she leaned back on the palm of her hands. Reggie went silent for a while processing everything that he took in. The other two stared at the thinking boy pondering what could be going on in the boys head

"Did Betty ever show signs of liking you?"

"I though she did, but it looks like that was a giant no."

"Archie do you know if she did?" Reggie questioned

Archie shrugged, honestly he didn't know but he had a feeling that the was more between his close girl friends then what the blind eye could see. "I thought there might have been something but then again I am one of those people who speculate too much.

"Either says. I have a plan."

Intrigued the two leaned closer to the boy as he motioned them to do so. Before explaining his 'excellent plan'

Archie for one was against it. He didn't want to mess with any ones else emotions. Veronica, being Veronica was all for it. Reggie was excited to see if his plan would work out. Archie eventually agreed after a lot of convincing from the dark hair duo.

"Fine I'll do it."

With that Archie and Veronica was thrown into the "fake dating" game, other players? Jughead and Betty ((without their knowledge)), your host Reggie Mantel.

I know it's kind of short but I wanted to get something out.

I'm gonna to leave this still on the 'ON HOLD' status because my publishing chapter may still be far apart since I will be starting camp and being busy with summer homework I hope you guys can understand !!
