Halia's POV

"Etta?" Logan's face looked like he had seen a ghost. His eyes dimmed and became glassy, something I had never seen on him before. Was that remorse in his eyes? Fear?

The smile from Delanie's face grew wider at the sight of Logan. Which could only mean trouble.

"Loggie! Long time no see!" Delanie said teasingly, which confused me even more than I already was.

What the heck is going on?

Wes, seeing who was at the door, grabbed Logan by the back of his shirt and pushed him hard towards Jared, whose face was steely and cold.

"What a surprise. Ms Etta the mystic, why have you come back home?" Wes asked, than looked back to me and continued on. "And why are you in Halia's house?"

"Okay wait. Etta? Delanie what the elk is going on here. How do you even know--"

Assertively, Delanie interjected, "Hold on Halia. Please just let me talk to---"

Wes jumped into the chaos. "Delanie? That's your real name? After all the lies and deception, you honestly believe--"

"Wes, I---" Already frustrated and deeply confused, I was angered even further when I was again interrupted.

"No, let me explain Hal." Delanie said. "Let's all have a grand little chat." Logan and Jared were having a intense conversation behind Wes, and Delanie waved at them, gesturing them to come inside.

How did Delanie know Logan?
