What actually happened??

(Same Day)

Liza's POV

David.

My heart starts beating fast but it settled right away. I stare at him for about 20 seconds before Gabbie caught my attention.

Gabbie: Hey! Who you lookin' at?

Liza: Oh, no one. Just the cars. Outside. Oh look a Mercedes!

Gabbie rolls her eyes and look to where i was looking. She sees David and looks at me.

Gabbie: Him again huh?

Liza: Nah. I'm soooo over it. Anyways, let's drink Liza! I meant coffee!

She smiles and we all started talking and laughing. I occasionally look at David and he's usually on his phone. He's probably texting Mckenna. Oh well. I'm over it!!

David's POV

Last night was a nightmare. Mckenna, the superslut of the school literally pulled me in to make out. I hate sluts, so that was just disgusting. I saw Liza looking at us and i felt terrible. She's the girl I love so much and she doesn't understand! As Liza walked out, I tried going after her but Mckenna pulled me back. I pushed her away and ran to the bathroom. I text my friend, Alex and tell him what happened.

David: Hey dude, I made out with Mckenna and i think Liza saw me.

Alex: I'm just outside why are you texting me??

David: Who cares?! Anyways, do you think Liza's hurt?

Alex: Dude, You made out with the sluttiest girl in the school. Liza was crying when she left.

David: What have i done?!

Alex: Just come out over here and we'll talk.

I walk out of the bathroom and i meet up with Alex. He puts his arm on my shoulder and starts talking to me.

Alex: So, how did this happen??

David: I don't know! Mckenna pulled me over and she started making out with me.

Alex: Why didn't you back away?!

David: I don't know Alex! I don't know!

I now leave this party as a total mess. I hop in my car and drive home. I drive past Liza's house and a tear drop falls from my eyes. It's all my fault.

The next morning i see multiple tagged photos of me and Mckenna. I turn my phone off and i dress up. I'm not going to school today because i don't feel like it. I feel sick from yesterday. I grab my keys and drive off to go to the coffee shop down the street. As soon as i arrive, I see Zane's car. He's probably hanging out with Heath for coffee talk. I walk in and as soon I do, I see someone. Someone I've been wanting to see for a long time.

Liza.

I'm too scared to go up to her though. Instead i just grab coffee and go to a seat. I sit down and I stare at her for a few seconds and when she would look back i would go on my phone. I miss her. I miss her so much.

Liza's POV

2 hours later we all leave the coffee shop. We say our goodbyes and we all drive off. Gabbie brought her car so she just dropped me off. I hop off and i say goodbye to Gabbie. I get in my house and I run upstairs, change to my clothes, take my makeup off, and go on my phone. I see more tagged photos. I'm okay with it now. Hopefully...
