When Master Owen entered the courtyard, he saw Eri stomping away and Hayl kneeling in agony; his face contorted and gasping for breath.
"What happened? Are you alright?"
Hayl took a large breath and nodded. "Just need a moment."
Owen noticed Hayl's hands cupping his crotch and made his own conclusion. "Sparring with Eri can be a bit of a challenge. She does not tend to play fair."
The horse-master tried to stand but only managed to get up half way. "That's one way to put it." He looked up from his bent position to Master Owen. "But we were not sparring, exactly." Hayl finally was able to straighten and looked him in the eyes, unabashed about his desire for his sister.
"Oh? Oh!" Owen blinked as realization set in. "And she did this to you." Hayl shrugged. "Then consider yourself fortunate. I think my sister likes you."
Hayl barked loudly in laughter. "How do you figure that?"
"She did not kill you."
