Aiden’s POV

I looked down at the two men that were obviously crazy. I was at work, they couldn’t just expect me to leave just like that and go out with them. As a matter of fact I didn’t even know them. Sure they were cute, actually they’re sexy, and maybe I wanted to be trapped between the both of them all night long, but that doesn’t mean that I could just leave with strangers.

“Ummm...I...I...can’t leave. I mean I don’t know you and I have work and I still don’t know you an-”

Adriano held up his hand to stop my ranting. He had a dazzling smile on his face as if he knew something that I didn’t know. He looked past me and waved someone over to the table. I looked back only to see my manager coming towards us and I started to panic. Why was he calling Rob over here? Had I done something wrong? My eyes shot back to him and he was now whispering something to Bastian who was smiling equally as hard.

“Yes sir can I help you with something?”

Bastian looked up at my manager and I saw tears in his eyes that I knew weren’t there before. His whole demeanor had changed and now he looked like someone had just ran over his favorite puppy. I glanced at Adriano; his beautiful smile was now replaced with a frown. What was going on? I don’t think I’ve ever been this lost in my life time.

“Actually you can…you see our mother was in an accident and we were just told about it.” When Adriano spoke he sounded so calm yet so sad, I felt so bad for the two of them.

“SHE’S GOING TO DIE!” Bastian was now crying full blown and I didn’t think about what I was doing until I went over to comfort him. I crouched down next to him and began to rub his back soothingly as he sobbed lightly. He seemed to have calmed down enough for me to leave so I began to pull my hand away from him but he grabbed my wrist and held me still. He looked at me and I could have died right there, his eyes were so intense and they were filled with desire. I stood there with him holding onto me for what seemed like hours, but I knew it was only a few minutes.

“Sirs I don’t actually know how I can help you with that?” My manager seemed a little flustered by the all the tears and screaming.

“Well you’re wonderful employee here happens to be a friend of the family and we were wondering if we could borrow him for the rest of tonight so that he can take us to the hospital…” It all clicked now. They wanted to go out with me and this was there plan to do so. I snatched my hand out of Bastian’s grasp and walked over to my manager.

“Rob, I can’t go anywhere tonight. We barely have enough people here as it is, they can find another way of getting there.” Rob looked down at the two men, Adriano who seemed to be reassuring a crying Bastion. I rolled my eyes at the sheer dramatics of it all, but I had to give them props for being able to pull it off.

“Don’t worry Aiden will personally escort you to the hospital, I’m giving him the rest of the night off so that he can help you two out. If you need anything else just ask.” And with that Rob walked off to tend to a customer. I just stood there with my mouth open in shock. Did he just give me permission to leave work to go off with two gorgeous yet strange men?

“So where are we going?” Bastian linked his arm through my left one as Adriano stood on my right side. I just looked between the both of them and I couldn’t believe this was happening. Wait! I forgot all about Erin, she would help me. I searched the store for her and spotted her at the counter wiping it down.

“Pssst…ERIN!” she looked up at me and then at the two men on either side of me and just grinned. I mouthed help me but that only made her smile wider.
