"Calm down, you idiot!" Tsukuyo was grabbing onto Tengenji's waist, trying to stop him from doing anything rash and overly stupid in the middle of the night .
After reading such a heartfelt letter from Tsukigami to Tsukuyo, of course Tengenji would be angry; what was Tsukigami doing writing such a heart-wrenching letter confessing that he couldn't let her go?
"I'm not going to hit him, I'm just going to tell him off...and then maybe kick him!"
"That's still the same as hitting him! I forbid you from doing that!"
"Argh! Get off me, Tsukuyo!"
"Not when you're going to be like this! Ah! Stop that!"
Poor Nayuki was outside of the shared room, he couldn't stop blushing because the noises they were making sounded so wrong. 'I just wanted to ask them if they wanted their egg rolls like usual or can I try adding new seasonings to them...I think I'll keep them usual for them for now!' He ran away with the thoughts, not wanting to be rude and listen to them being rough on one another. 'I can't believe Tengenji-kun is this rough on Tsukuyo-san! What should I do...? Should I tell Hoshitani-kun about this?'
Back in the bedroom, Tengenji's got a bump on his head; Tsukuyo hit him very hard to calm him down. Both of them were sitting on the bed, the letter innocently in the middle of the bed between them.
"You're an idiot, you know that?"
"Huh? Why am I the idiot when you have the worst grade in your class?"
"...anyway! You shouldn't confront Kaito about this, moron. Kaito didn't even write this thing." She said as she tapped the letter.
"How do you know that?"
"'Dear Tsukuyo.' Kaito calls me Tsuku."
"...he could be emotional and want to use your full name, you know?"
"Not possible. It called me 'Tsukuyo' every time. Why bother writing my given name in Kanji when he could have just written my 'Tsuku' in hiragana or katakana?"
When she said it like that, it does make a lot of sense. From the start of last year, Tengenji never once heard Tsukigami address her by given name, it was always the nickname.
"Hmm..." She crawled over to him, a teasing glint in her eyes. "You're jealous."
"Why would I be jealous of that guy?! I already have you, it's not like you are going off with him!" He fold his arms and looked away with a slight blush on his face.
"You say that but the moment you saw the letter, I saw red in your eyes."
"My eye color matches my hair! Argh! I'm not talking to you!" He lied down on back, no longer in the mood to talk.
"Kakeru, don't be like that." She lied on her front, elbows propping her chin up. She looked at his closed eyes, she could tell he was annoyed. "Hmm..." She grabbed something from the merchandise bag. "Why is the great Kakeru-sama threatened by his own teammate? Want to share?"
"Because-!" The moment Tengenji sat up to look at her face, he saw her wearing the Kakeru-sama sleeping mask that had part of his face printed on it. "Pfft!"
"Hahaha! Made you laugh~."
"Be serious will you?!" He lied back down on his back, running his fingers through his hair because he doesn't know what to say at a moment like this. She totally destroyed the anger in him. Of course he's jealous, annoyed, and angry; his friend could possibly still be in love with his girlfriend! Obviously he's not going to go and say 'I don't mind, go ahead.' Tengenji wanted to keep both, but this situation could mean there will be a thorn between him and Tsukigami.
