♡13♡ Mask Part 2

When they finally returned back, the sun had already set, making way for night and the beautiful starry sky. 

"Because I slipped, I ended up making us fall." Taiga said to his friends, hoping they would buy the story.

"I am so sorry!" Tsukuyo apologized again and again, bowing again and again in hopes the senpais will forgive her. "It's not Taiga-senpai's fault! That fence probably collapsed because I leaned against it!" 

"W-well, I shouldn't be sitting on it in the first place, Tsukuyo..." 

"Then that means it's because I was fat that we fell!" 

"I didn't say that either!" Taiga could only pat her head, "Seriously, don't beat yourself up. We're both back in one piece all thanks to you. If it weren't for you, I would have gotten back later." 

"Senpai..." 

"Thank you for bringing me back here, Tsukuyo. Everything is okay now." 

Tsukuyo smiled at him and she nodded in agreement to that. 

"If you don't know she's dating someone, you would think she's dating Taiga." Uozumi whispered to Haruto. 

"Agreed." 

Watching from afar, Tengenji was jealous of the way Tsukuyo and Taiga looked like a couple. Why was that guy giving his girlfriend so much attention? Why wasn't Tsukuyo swatting his hand away?! And where have they been that took such a long time? The two of them looked like a mess too, that could only mean one thing for sure...

'She's cheating on me!' How else would they look so disheveled? Tsukuyo's hair was naturally straight; for it to become disheveled like that she needed to do something hectic. 'Outdoor sex! She had outdoor sex with our senpai!' Now how will he go on pretending everything was fine for her sake?

Tsukuyo was walking away from the room to leave the seniors to their own business. She was going to see Tengenji and put him back at ease; it must have worried him to know that she was so late to come back. 

"Tsukuyo." 

"Hm?" She turned around to find Kuga holding what looked like a sheet of paper. "Here." 

"For me?" 

"For you." Kuga was smiling gently as he handed the sheet to her, "This is all our feelings poured into a song. We want you to have it."

She looked at the paper to see lyrics, lyrics for a new song. She saw yellow ink, green ink, dark blue ink, and purple ink scribbled at the side. "Kuga, this..." 

"Tsukigami told you, right? Even now, he is still trying to let go. Same goes for us too." Her appearance in their sky captivated all of them. Even though they knew she had her eyes only on Tengenji, they still harbored feelings for her, feelings that couldn't let go just like that. They're trying to let go in their own way, they were honestly trying, but they found it hard to do so. 

She didn't know what to say. She looked at the lyrics and then at Kuga again, "Kuga..." She looked like she was about to cry, which sent Kuga into a bit of a panic. 

"W-wait! It's not to make you cry! We're just thinking about it's best to be honest!" 

"But I feel touched..." 

"Ah..." 

They were awkwardly standing there not knowing what to do. 

Kuga was the first to say something, "A-anyway...we still wish for your happiness despite these feelings for you. You understand, right?"
