Six

I lie in Aaron's bed when we get back to his house. It's six in the afternoon and way too early for bed, but I can't deny how tired I am.

"Do you want me to lay with you?" Aaron asks, taking his shirt off.

Before I can answer, he slips under the blankets next to me and rests his right hand on my hip. I snuggle in close to him and stare into his eyes.

"I'm sorry for snapping earlier." I say, stroking his cheek.

He shrugs. "It's alright, really."

"No it isn't. You didn't deserve that. You've been so nice to me and I've done nothing in return." I bite my lip as his hand slips under my shirt and rubs my back.

"Belle, you've given me everything I could ever wanted by just staying with me." He smiles and I can't help but feel warm inside.

"Are you sure I'm not keeping you from your life?" I sigh.

He raises an eyebrow and smirks at me. "You are my life." He pulls me even closer and kisses me tenderly. "Now, lets just get some sleep." He winks and wraps both his arms around me, pulling me onto his chest.

I trace his abs until we both doze off.

Waking up to the smell of Axe and in the arms of the person you care about is a definite way to brighten anyone's evening. I glance at the clock and realize it's only nine o'clock. We could still go out and do something.

I try to get up but Aaron's grip around my waist tightens and I stay put.

He stirs a little before opening his eyes and looking down into my gaze.

"Hey," He smiles.

"Hi,"

He lifts a hand to his eyes and rubs them before glancing over at the alarm clock.

My stomach grumbles loudly and he chuckles. "We can go out to eat if you want." It growls again in agreement.

I get up and walk to my bag, pulling out a pair of fresh jeans and a hoodie.

"A little warm for that, don't you think?" He asks, slipping on a grey t-shirt and khaki shorts.

I shrug and get changed. I feel Aaron's eyes on me the whole time I'm taking off and putting on my clothes.

He sprays his Axe all over his body and I smile in delight as the smell reaches my nose.

"I always love how good you smell." I smile up at him as he embraces me.

"I always love the way you taste." He winks and bends down placing a kiss on my nose.

"Let's go eat." I tease, pulling away.

"Where do you want to go?" He asks, laughing at my eagerness.

I shrug, opening the door. "I'm in the mood for Mexican."

"Yeah, that sounds really good." Aaron agrees, laughing. He grabs his car keys and we walk out the door as Charlie walks in.

"Hey, what're you doing here?"

I shrug and laugh at his confused expression. "Long story. We're going out. Be back soon." I say, hugging him quickly.

We get in the car and turn on the GPS looking for the nearest Mexican restaurant.

The car ride is silent. We get seated and still no words are spoken.

And for once, it isn't awkward, it's actually rather lovely.
