~Just wanted to make a special chapter to settle the drama ;)~
"See you guys later!" Akatsuki shouted as he waved off to his parents. He stayed in the Sabertooth guild hall for a bit longer because he got to a really good chapter in a book. The name of it was Love Triangle. You don't say? He thought to himself.
"Got another one for ya Suki!" Said a warming voice from upstairs. It was Yukino!
"Oh thanks Yukino! Can you leave it on the table please, I'm almost done with this book." He smiled pointing to the table where he was sitting. She walked down the stairs that led to Sabertooth's underground library where Akatsuki would usually spend his days.
"Hey, I was thinking you'd like to go on a job with me and Minerva!" Yukino happily recommend as she layed the book on the table.
"Uh, you two are way to strong for me. I don't think I'd be much help, besides my magic is barely developing! It's not like I'd be able to fight much." Akatsuki glumly stated towards the end.
"Just saying, M'lady really wants to bring out that White Shadow Dragon Slayer out of you. With that magic, these are her words not mine, you'd be one of the top wizards in Sabertooth! Then you'd be able to stand up to those Fairy Tail wizards am I right?" Yukino giggled nudging his shoulder. He rolled his eyes playfully and closed the book.
"Thanks for the offer Yukino, but I need more training until I'm ready to do jobs. I'll be heading home, can you tell my dads that I'll be home?" He asked walking upstairs with his two books in hand.
"Sure. Be safe Suki!"
"Sure will! See you tommorow Yukino!"
With that, he said goodbye to the other members of Sabertooth and walked home. It was around 4:00 and he didn't know what to do. He walked home of course to drop of his books making sure they'd be safe and sound. Right before he was about to leave his room, he glanced at his sword neatly hanged on his wall in its sheath. He grimaced a bit and then grabbed it. He went in the backyard and started practicing his sword techniques. He brought his jacket because the breeze started to pick up, along with the cold. He didn't like practicing magic without his parents to help. It was nice and quite for a bit until he heard a familiar giggle from behind him after he finished a slow sword movement. He turned around and immediately turned red at the sight of his blue haired love.
"S-Sylvia?! What are you doing here?" He asked brushing off the nonexistent dirt off his jacket. She walked towards him, hands rubbing her arms.
"Just wanted to drop by and see what you were doin? Lance was out on a job today so I couldn't hang with him."
"Oh so you went with him... first."
"Yeah, my bond with him has grown stronger you know?"
"Too much..."
"What was that?"
"Nothing!"
"Anyways, you wanna go inside and have some tea? It's starting to get chilly out here don't cha think?"
"Um yeah sure, here!" Akatsuki said quickly taking off his jacket and wrapping it around Sylvia. For some reason though, her cheeks flustered with a light red.
"What's wrong?" He asked concerned.
"Um, you kinda don't have a shirt on." Sylvia giggled moving her face farther into the jackets sleeves.
"What the hell?! I don't even remember taking my shirt off!" He exclaimed embarrassed.
"I already know you have a six pack, you don't gotta go making a big deal bout it." She giggled making her blush even more adorable than it already was. They walked inside and Akatsuki dashed to his room to put on a shirt. He came back and saw Sylvia already pouring tea.
"That fast?" He asked taking the cup she offered him.
"There was already some, I just heated it up!" She smiled sitting down at their dinner table. They talked and laughed for a while about the guild, stories, and memories. It was night time and Sylvia finally started heading home to Magnolia.
"Well, I had fun! See you soon Suki!" Sylvia said waving him off. Akatsuki hesitated for a bit, but went for it.
"S-Sylvia?" He asked grabbing her arm and turning her around.
"Hmm?" She barely mustered to say before she was inturuppted by her lips connecting with Akatsuki's. She pulled away and slightly smiled.
"I can stay a bit longer if you'd like? It seems like you want me to stay." Sylvia responded pressing her finger on his lips. He hugged her tightly and pecked her nose.
"Just a little..." he said burrowing his face into her chest (like Gray did to Juvia :D). She giggled and nodded. They talked a little bit more outside the tree and soon fell asleep together under its shade. Sting and Rouge came by and saw them together.
"They grow up fast don't they?" Rouge whispered.
"Sure do..." Sting replied leaning on Rouge. They walked inside and left them soundly asleep.
The next day Sylvia was unfortunately gone from the tree and had apparently left for Magnolia last night. Akatsuki went back to his guild hall and kept reading his books. He turned on his phone and strolled through his social media. There was one picture that caught his eye though. One of Lance with his arm wrapped around Sylvia's shoulders as they smiled contently to some coffee they were sharing. He deleted it and went back to reading.
That's the sixth picture of them together...
