"Let's go." Louis said pulling his eyes from the screen and standing up." We can eat at your house."
This was the first time i've seen Louis this serious. Its like he changed personalities in a heart beat. I didn't want to annoy him and tell him I don't want to leave so I followed him.
"Louis!" I called out to him and looked him in the eyes. "Are you okay?" even though he was acting all tough I can see it in his blue greenish eyes that he was worried.
"Yeah. I'm fine. I just don't want you getting in trouble that's all."
"Everything is going to be okay." I placed my hand on his soft cheek and smiled.
"I know...but if it isn't I'm going to take the blame." He stated in all seriousness.
"What!? No! It's my fault and you're not taking blame." I was shocked by what he said. How can he say that? I know he's trying to help me but I won't stand by and just watch him lie about something and go to jail about it.
"Well it beats knowing you will be in a dark cell with a creep, Jane. I rather be there than you be there." He stated.
"No. No is a no and that's final you're not taking the blame." I can't believe we're actually arguing on who is going to take the blame. It's stupid honestly.
"Look, can we not argue about it then? Let's just hope for the best and that the police will never find out who did it."
He reached out for my hand. I intertwined my fingers with his agreeing with him. We walked back to my house and I opened the door to find Zayn sitting on the couch with Perrie.
"Hey, Jane and Louis. Did you guys hear about the murder that happend at the party? It's crazy cuz we we're all there." Zayn said.
"Um, yeah. It's crazy. There was so many people there though. The police is probably not going to even find out who it is." Louis said nervously.
"Louis, Perrie. Perrie, Louis." I changed the subject quickly before anything got more awkward.
"Nice to meet you, Louis. " Perrie shook his hand.
"Nice to meet you to. I'll be upstairs Jane. Just bring some soda."
I nod my head telling him to go upstairs. I headed to the kitchen to get the drinks. As grabbed the cups Perrie walked into the room.
"That's crazy how we all were there right?" she asked.
"Yeah, it is."
"Who do you think it is?"
"I don't know."
"Well who ever it is she needs to be caught for killing that innocent girl."
"She wasn't innocent." I barked, "She was a stuck up bitch that deserved to die."
Perrie looked at me nervously with suspicion. "Was it you? D-did you kill her ?" She stuttered.
"Of course I didn't..." I looked away from her. I wish I had never said that. But now that I did she's catching on.
"Jane, did you kill that girl?" She asked with wide eyes. I didn't reply. I backed up to the drawers still facing her. I slid it open and my fingers slid around a knife pulling it out slowly.
"Is everything okay in here?" Zayn barged in. He made me drop the knife back in the drawer. I closed it quickly and headed to the fridge with two cups.
"Yeah....everything is fine." Perrie stated still eyeing me. If I wasn't in the comfort of my own home with my brother I would of cut her throat by now. I will watch her blood flow out of her body and get that insane feeling I get but that also feels so peaceful.
