Time made his way down the pristine white corridors to the blissfully unaware Queens, who were oblivious to his visit and its purpose.

So far he had avoided everyone. Then the cat showed up. "Cheshire cat," Time acknowledged.
"Your Timeliness, to what do we owe the honour," Chess greeted.
"Urgent business with the Queens, chess," Time replied.
"You'll find them in garden, they're having tea," the cat informed him.
"Thank you, Chess. Helpful as always." With that time headed to the garden.

'There she is, looking lovely as ever,' Time thought to himself. 'Everyone thinks so since her head deflated, back to its proper size.'

It was Iracebeth who noticed home first, she stood to come and ask him to join them.
"Time! What a pleasant surprise, I was just about to send a messenger to invite you to tea tomorrow afternoon, as was too late when I thought of it today to do so," she exclaimed.
"It is lovely to see you as well, however I wish it was in happier circumstances." Time sighed. Iracebeth was now face to face with him.
"What's wrong," Mirana spoke up.
"I have recently been told of a plot against you both," he couldn't look them up the eye as he told them.
"Who?" Mirana almost cried, Iracebeth was too shocked to say anything.
"Do you remember the old knave of hearts, Stayne?"he asked. "Felmont, not Ilosovic?" He added seeing the confused look in the monarch's face.
"But I don't understand, why does he want us both dead?" Mirana asked.
"He wants to kill you first, so Iracebeth feels his pain, before he kills her." Time told her solemnly.

With that Iracebeth fainted, crashing head first into Time's chest.

Part two of proving that I'm sorry it's been so long....
