(( Here's Chapter 4! ))

.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:. Ty .:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.

After the nur- Tyla, took my blood, I looked over at Sky. His sunglasses still showing Tyla in his vision.  I draped my hair over my eyes, so neither of them could see the tears getting ready to spill.

“I need to use the bathroom.” I get up looking down at my feet, and shuffling to the door. I ran down the hallway, knowing quite well where the bathroom was. I slammed the door shut, and locked it. Revealing my face to the mirror, even I was shocked at the sight.

My hair was stuck to my face because of the humidity my tears were giving off. I flipped it out of my eyes, making it stick up, as if a cow licked it. The maroon in my eyes, was complimented by the blush look on my cheeks that my tears had formed.

I still had blood stains on my arm, and I decided to wash them off. Noticing that I hadn’t gotten a Band-Aid for where my blood was taken, I paced back to my room.

As I entered the room, heads turned my way. I could feel tons of tension being placed on my shoulders, weighing down every word I say.

Sky still had an expressionless look on his face. The sunglasses blocked any sort of sign he could give me. Eyes were the best way of communicating emotions. But his are unable to send any, so I’m left without anything to receive. I returned the same expressionless look, and his mouth formed something that displayed confusion.

“I need to use the bathroom.” Ty jumped off the hospital bed and made a run towards the bathroom. He must have really had to go.

I looked back over at Tyla, taking in her looks. ‘Just like Ty’ I thought to myself

“Sky?” She had a question ring to her voice.

“Uh… yes Tyla?” I hesitantly spoke, making sure she would suggest anything by my tone of voice.

“Would… would you like to go out sometime?” I sat there staring at her eyes. I read them like a book. Regret and reservation replayed in her once serene eyes.

“I-I’m not sure what to-”

“I’m so sorry, I shouldn’t have asked.” The look of embarrassment began to etch into her face. I glanced back at her, but that didn’t make the slightest difference. The tension began to grow, but as soon as I thought it reached its max amount of awkwardness, Ty walks into the room.

I look over at his face, flushed red, as if he was just slapped. I tried to gesture over to him, as if im asking what happened. But in return I get an expressionless face from Ty.

I scrunch my eyebrows and widen my mouth, making a concerned face appear. He soon gets the message and just flopped his hair in his face. Looking down at the ground in what seemed like embarrassment. So now there was two embarrassed people in my presence.

“So… When can Ty leave?” I asked attempting to break the awkward silence.

I caught her off guard, and her eyes refocused on Ty.

“Oh… Ty should be able to leave in about 2 hours, when the test results come in.”

“Alright then.” She left the room with her clip board, and Ty’s blood sample.

I looked over at Ty, and stood up. Once as I was up, my mind went fuzzy, and it took me a second to clear my eyes. As soon as I could see, I stumbled over to Ty. He shook his head the other way, making his hair flop. His hand reached for his face, but I caught it, pulling his hand into mine. He jerked his head towards me, and had a bitter look attached to his face.

“What did I do?” I asked making a miffed emotion etch into my face.

.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:. Ty .:.:.:.:.:.:.:.:.

“What did I do?” Sky asked with an annoyance in his tone. Did I piss him off or what?

“Did I do something wrong?” I asked befuddled.

“Oh nothing at all Mr. I’m just gunna leave and cry in the bathroom. I know you were. Don’t even try to hide it. What’s wrong Ty? Did I do something to upset you?” He looked as if tears would dribble down his cheek any second depending on my response.

“What are you talking about?”

“You know damn well what I’m talking about.” He snapped at me. The words stung like venom.

“Do-don’t look at me like that Ty.”

"Let’s get this straight… You don’t know me. You don’t know the shit I go through every day during school, and at home. I’ve never had friends like you, I’ve never had anyone. NO ONES CARES ABOUT ME. I’m in here just about every other day, and my father couldn’t find the time of day to come visit.

The ONLY people who know me in any way, are the nurses here. THE NURSES.  You don’t… scratch that… You will never understand the torture that I’m stuck in the middle of. So don’t tell me not to look at you in a way. Because you’ll never be able to look deep enough into my soul, to even feel the surface of my agony."

The tears continued to fall from Sky’s eyes, and in a sick sense, I felt terrible for what I said. On the other hand, I feel like I shouldn’t care at all. I said what I said, and it’s all true.

“You’re right. I will never understand what you go through. But I do have a sense…”

“I call bullshit on that statement.”

“You honestly think I don’t know what it’s like to have someone you love ripped from your grasp and life?”

“What have you ‘Mr. Popular’ had to go through…?!”

(( I don't know, what has Sky gone through?! Find out... IN THE NEXT CHAPTER!! Haha, I love all of you(: I have an ortho appointment today, in like idk, 30 minutes. I have to take a shower... ANNNWAAAYS... Read on my little bells! ))
