The Beginning of a Love Story

As Jay walks over to Bey trying to figure out what to say to someone as beautiful to her. He swallowed his pride and as she turned towards him he spoke up. "Uh hi my name is Shawn Carter, but you could call me Jay."

Bey smiled and stuck her hand out. "Well hello Jay my name is Beyoncé, but many people call me Bey." Jay smiled and sat by her at the bar. "So how long do I have to wait to get your number?" He asked earning a giggle from Bey and a chuckle from himself.

"I don't know you tell me?" She winked and carried on with her conversation. Overall the whole night was just basic stuff they wanted each other to know. The closer they got the deeper the information grew.

Now let's fast foward a year and a half later.

One year and a half later

A nervous and worried Jay waited for Bey at the restaurant. It increase as soon as he saw her pull up. Taking a huge gulp of water he stood up to hug his bestfriend. "Hey Bey." He kissed her cheek as Bey slightly flushed. "Hey Jay. What is so important that you need to talk about."

Jay took a deep breathe and sat down in front of Bey across the table. "Well I'm not gonna beat around the bush anymore. I really do like you and I want you to be mine, really bad. Let me take you on a date and if you don't like it than we could stay friends." Bey looked down biting her lip as her subconscious is doing a back flip inside.

"Jay I'd love to go on a date with you." His face beamed and you could hear and see the excitement on his face. "Uh okay I guess I'll pick you up Friday at 7." She nodded and they both walked to their cars and left.

Bey P.O.V.

When I got home I instantly ran upstairs to tell Solange, but she was already sleep so I called Kelly and she was super happy for me. I was up all night thinking about Shawn and I kept on imagining my future with him and how it would feel to be with a man and not a little boy. I have alway's been into Shawn I just been waiting for him to ask me out.

Jay P.O.V.

I am so excited and happier than I ever have been. I finally asked Bey out and she accepted. She is super sexy, funny and the most down to earth person I have ever met, I know Bey and I don't wanna hurt her and I don't want my past to catch up to me and I can't help, but think about my future with her and how she makes me feel already. I don't wanna take it to fast and rush into something she isn't ready for. I need to make my plans for this date, I want it to be perfect just like her.
