Stop and Stare (Shattered Glass TF 2)

Rose's pov

I stared up at the night sky with a content smile. The air was cool and crisp. It was relaxing.

I was sitting down with my knees pulled up and my arms holding them in place.

The sky was full of stars, and because there wasn't any light pollution around, I could actually see the milky way.

It was beautiful.

I saw a shoot star and I smiled. I closed my eyes and made a wish.

To see the stars, is all I ask. I thought.

I sighed in content as I stared at the stars.

I heard movement behind me and I looked to see the two twins standing there in there bipedal.

I smiled up at them as they gave small smiles back.

"I see Screamer finally let ya go." I said. Sunny chuckled and sat down next to me. Sides did the same on the other side.

"Yeah, finally. Whatcha doin' out here?" Sunny asked. I smiled and looked back at the sky.

"Enjoying the scenery." I said. Both twins looked up at the sky.

They smiled and looked back down at me.

"You really love the stars, don't you?" Sunny asked. My smile brightened and I nodded.

"I always have. Ever sense I was a little girl I have dreamed of being in space. It just looks so peaceful and beautiful." I said.

Both twins had brighter smiles as they looked up at the stars.

"You know we might not be able to take you to space, but we can show what it looks like up close." Sides said. I gave him a curious look.

"What do you mean?"

Suddenly both twins eyes flashed and I was no surrounded by a holographic field of...well...space.

My eyes went wide and I gasped slightly.

I stood up and looked around in amazement. It was so beautiful.

I covered my mouth as I looked around and I whispered a silent, 'oh my Primus'.

It was just so beautiful and so real looking. I couldn't believe my eyes.

It almost made me want to cry.

"It's so beautiful..." I whispered. The holoform faded slightly so I could look up at the twins. I smiled brightly at them and they both gave me warm and loving smiles.

"One day, we'll take you up there. And show you all the stars and planets you wish to see." Sunny said. I looked at him with a smile.

"I love you both. You know that?" I said. They chuckled as Sides picked me up and placed me on his shoulders.

"We know. And we love you too." He said. I smiled and hugged his helm. He leaned against me slightly which made me smile more.

"Hey, what about me?" Sunny said, pouting. I giggled and looked at him.

"Come here, then." I said. He smiled and placed his servo near Sides' shoulder and I jumped onto it.

He brought me up to his face and he nuzzled me as I hugged him.

I chuckled as we pulled away and I looked at both of them with a smile as they stared at me with so much love.
