Louis has requested the day off and Harry reluctantly let him have it. It is not that he did not want Louis to have a break - Harry knows he deserves one - he just wants to spend all his time with the perfect boy.
Harry walks down to the kitchen to help Margret. He enters and sees Maurice - their chef - is also in the kitchen, preparing lunch.
"Hello, Prince Harry," Maurice bows and Margret follows suit. Harry smiles and greets them warmly.
"Can I help, Margret?" Harry asks.
"You can knead the bread. Where is Louis today?" she asks. Harry quickly starts kneading the bread and does not answer right away.
"Harry?" Margret prods.
"He is with his sisters," he tells her. He does not like to bring it up. He wants Louis with him.
"Why are you not with all of them then?" she continues. Harry does not like how nosey Margret can be, but he always deals with it.
Margret practically raised him and Gemma - along with her own daughter - so he respects the woman.
"I did not want to disrupt," Harry tells her and he hears her laugh. He stops kneading and looks up at her.
"Why are you laughing?" he asks confused and she rolls her eyes.
"I am sure Louis would love for you to go be with him," she tells him. She sounds so sure of herself and Harry wants to believe her.
"I am helping you though," Harry replies stubbornly. He starts to knead the bread again to prove his point.
"I am sure Elizabeth, Annie or Maurice can do that," Margret tells him.
"Annie cannot. She just cleans," Harry points out. Margret gently moves the boy away from the bread and looks at him.
"A prince should not work in the kitchen. Go find Louis," Margret tells him strictly. He looks down and bites his lip.
"Are you sure he would be okay with seeing me?" he asks shyly and Margret smiles softly.
"I am sure. Go," she gently pushes him towards the door and he let's his feet take him out. He slowly walks down the familiar halls and eventually he enters his large yard.
It is empty and he gently sits down. He runs his fingers through the green grass and lets the sounds of nature soothe him. He does not know where Louis is, but he does not care currently.
The peacefulness of the situation makes him sleepy and he feels himself starting to enter dreamland.
"Prince Harry!" he hears a little voice yell. It makes him jump awake and he twists his body to see Daisy running at him.
She throws herself on his back and giggles when Harry falls forward - her still on his back.
"Daisy! You can not do that!" Louis shouts. He comes running over and picks her off Harry. Harry stands up and starts to laugh.
"It is fine. She is just having fun, right, Daisy?" he asks. She smiles and nods quickly at Louis. Louis looks at Harry's smiling face and decides that the situation could be worse.
"Alright. Be careful though," Louis tells her. She just nods and turns back to Harry.
"Do you want to play with us?" She asks excitedly. Phoebe comes running over too and stands next to her twin.
"Play with us, Prince Harry! It will be so much fun," she agrees. Harry really does not know how to play, but he does not want to let the girls down.
