Second Time

Last time in Fairy Tail

Just as Natsu and Happy jumped into the portal, they encountered with many shadows. As they finally able to escape, what they found was Lucy sleeping soundly onto a big tree with a white plain dress. But then Lucy has many wounds and blood, as many hands trying to engulfing Natsu into their world, Lucy whispered something that Natsu afraid to hear from her.

"You murderer.''

And without anyone knowing, the blonde inside a water tube made a move with her mouth for a second.

NORMAL POV

"Tsu... Natsu!" Because of a big voice calling him, he jolted from his spot and looking at the person who called his name for a while ago. He sweat alot after woke up and stare at that person. The blonde girl tilted her head and look at him with angry face.
"Are you listening?" She asked.
Natsu doesn't know what does she mean so he ignore the question and look at her body. Face, hand, and other part from her, looking for any wounds on her body, but didn't find it. He sighed in relief. But then a light punch landed on his right chest snd then the blonde stood and walk away angrily. "Natsu is an idiot...'' she whispered to herself with her red face, and of course Natsu heard it.

Natsu smiled and chased her, ''Wait up, Luce!!" He laughed at Lucy's answer to go away from her.

"Then?" Lucy folded her hands, waiting impatiently for Natsu to speak. Natsu just eating everything on the table, and like always, Lucy will pay it. "What is then?" Natsu asked back to her.

"It's so obvious that you were do strange. First you just spaced out when I talked to you, and then when I thought you're back to your sense, you were sweating alot and...'' Lucy looked away and tightening her folding hands that maked her boobs bigger. She peek at Natsu and then look at her feet shyly, ''You were... looking at my body so seriously that time...'' Natsu stopped his eating and chocked. He pumped his chest roughly and Lucy hurrily gave him water. Normally Natsu would be calm and doesn't feel anything when she said that, but now it's different. He found out he loves her. Natsu scratched his backbone and trying to avoid Lucy's gaze. "Well... I just saw a cockroach flying behind ya, so-" Lucy jumped with her pale face and give him a hand to stop. "Don't continue the story or I'll have to take a bath 3 times tonight." Natsu nodded and laughed at her funny face.

His laugh stopped when he finally realized his arms are lightly wrapped with bandages. He chase Lucy who has just paid the bill and they both went outside the restaurant.
"Hey Luce." He called.
"Hm?" Lucy answered while skipping.
"Do you know what's with thede bandages?'' Suddenly Lucy stopped her move.
"It doesn't hurt anymore but the most weird is I doesn't recall I got injur-"

"Natsu." Lucy's tone was so low and serious. Natsu looked up at Lucy's back and slowly she turned to him.
"You better not know it." Lucy said coldly and her gaze piercing into his eyes. Cold and empty, but then you can see anger and sadness inside them. Natsu took a step back and gulped.

"Never mind that and let's take a job!" Lucy back to normal and grinned at him. Natsu still stoned with just now and forcing himself to nod. Lucy thrn took his right hand and pull him to run with her to Fairy Tail.

"Erza you got me!!" Erza jumped back and soon Gray took a step foward and fight the beast.

It's a S quest recommended by Erza this morning. Everyone from Team Natsu fire up to get this job except Lucy. She stayed silent in the guild when everyone went back home to get their things. Natsu who saw this approached her asked what's wrong.
"I don't know either. But I have a bsd feeling with the quest this time." Lucy said. It's so rare for her not to hype up when it's a high price to pay her rent. Natsu build his courage and patted her shoulder lightly,
''Don't worry, when the time comes, I'll save you.'' He grinned at her.
Not expecting to get a cold answer from her, he was dumbfounded when Lucy said, ''You'b better don't make a promise you'll not able to fulfill it." then tackled his hand roughtly and left.

"Natsu, it runs to you!" Natsu snapped and was shocked to see the beast already right infront of him.

"Natsu!!!" Knowing Natsu didn't have time to block or attack the beast or maybe her body moves on its own knowing Natsu has been space out again, Lucy run to Natsu and spreading her hands, trying to protect him. She was facing him, Natsu was able to see Lucy gritted her lower lip and his eyes won't go away from her. Natsu stretching his hand and running to her, but time feels so slow. The beast swung its claw and soon Lucy screamed in agony. The best arm are too big to make all scars on her back. It's only three wide scars, but the wound are so deep. The beast made a loud cry ss Erza, Gray, and Wendy attacked it at the same time.

"Luceee!!" While Lucy was being flew by a big swung from the beast. Natsu ran, trying to catch her. He became faster when he saw a steep cliff ahead them. Natsu run and run, forgetting his breathe. Lucy slowly open her eyes, look at Natsu. Her face became paler in a second after she lost so much blood. Just as Natsu was able to take her hand, what awaits them is a steep cliff.

Again, the time feels slower that time. Slowly the distance between their hands became wider, and the last thing he saw was Lucy's mouth, moving a word that makes himself remember everything, including the scars on his arms. She said weakly, ''Murderer.'' And then she was embraced by darkness.
