Chapter Eight~
=============
There was nothing more to say so I stayed quiet.
Coast shifted his alizarin crimson eyes and stared at the falling drops of rain. "Why does it rain so much?" He asked and I stared at him like he was mental. "Nature." I replied, firmly. Although he didn't notice my tone, I should probably stop being a jerk to the guys and cool it. They are helping us.
"Again? Too much rain can kill the planet."
I shrugged at his sentence and stuff my hands in my pockets. He asks so many questions about our planet. Too many.
"Who's in charge of nature?" He asked. His gaze was glued to me now. I shrugged once again, trying to show him that I'm a dumb girl. He'll probably leave me alone. "Weird." He muttered, walking away. I followed and kept my arms crossed. "And you're angry becaaaauusee..?"
Coast forced an uncertain smile and shook his head. "Just annoyed."
"About?"
"Humans. Why do you treat this planet like trash but yet you still live in it? It hurts to see everything going away. It's the only reason why Doc is trying to make the human race instinct."
"Because he sees us as a threat?" I finished, my voice going shaky. Coast nodded. "It's his ambition."
We finally got back and we climbed inside. The first thing I saw was Seven chasing Alice around with a stick. "ALICE! YOU'RE GOING TO PAY FOR THAT!" He yelled and off on the couch was Wirey, rubbing his temples. He let out small annoyed groans and he muttered, "Shut the hell up."
Coast sighed, taking off his jacket. "What happened now?"
Wirey shot up. "Alice threw a bucket of cold water at Seven. Now, like little children, they're running around trying to get back at eachother."
Coast shook his head. "Might as well not try to stop them."
"I'm not getting involved." Wirey snapped, walking out. Coast mocked him and chuckled. "You get some rest, Flag. We'll be back in three hours. Okay?"
I nodded and Michael, Train and Next came out, ready. "Alice is going as well. So Flag's going to be alone." Next stated. I sighed in relief. I needed time alone.
"Kry. Kry is staying with her." Michael added. "They'll be fine. Right, Flag?" They all faced me and nodded. Just then, a crash came from the kitchen along with a litle girly giggle and Seven's laughing.
Coast rubbed his temple. "Let's go. Now. Before I fume." They walked out and Seven rushed out the kitchen. He put on his jacket and smirked. "See ya, Flag." With that, he dashed out with Alice chasing him angrilly. I rolled my eyes and Kry came out the kitchen with and apple. "Tasty apple. Very tasty." She sang. I smiled. "That's good."
"Kry and Train have been talking and laughing and she thinks Train is awesome. She also wonders why Flag doesn't like him."
I blinked. "Honey, do you mean Seven?"
She shook her head and sat down on the beanie bag. "No. Seven's fun as well but Kry is talking about Train. You know, the one with the pinkish eyes. Kry likes the color pink." She giggled and I had my mouth open. "He...talks to you?"
"Yes! And Kry misses Flag. " She smiled at me and I realized I was growing annoyed with her storytelling tone. "Stop that, Kry. I'm not in the mood for a story."
Kry frowned and nodded. "I'm sorry, Flag.."
I got up and ignored her, walking down the halls. I didn't know where my room was so I went inside some random room with dark colors. The bed was a dark blue and so was the carpet. The drawers were a blackish blue color and the bookshelf was a dark purple. I fell in love with the room so I closed the door and sat on the bed.
