Rin x Demon Reader

Why?

A/n- This is going to be a chapter about (y/n) and her dad talking about Why he left. Well let's get into this chapter. Thanks for the support.

        (Y/n) Pov

    Even though I couldn't see or hear anything. I could feel. I felt air blowing on me from a near by window. And a hand holding on to mine. I knew who it was...it was Rin.

    But the atmosphere around me felt very weird. It felt stiff and... familiar. Then I could hear something.  It sounded like someone crying.

    Then I was hit with a bright light. I groaned from the pain in my eyes. Then I heard Rins voice say "(y/n)?" I opened my eyes fully and saw a ceiling.

     Then I looked to my left to see Rin smiling. I smiled back and was about to say something when I heard a older voice say "Your awake" i turned my head to my right and saw a older man.  He had puffy eyes and small tears coming out of his eyes.  So that's why I heard crying.

     "Who are you" I said weakly. I felt super stiff in my chest. I looked at my chest to see a lot of bandages covering every inch of my chest.

    Then the man said "Your probably not going to believe me but I'm your...dad" I flinched then looked at the man. "What" i said. the man took a step closer and said "i-im your father" I laughed "This is a joke right" I said and looked at Rin. He had a serious look on his face.

     I felt tears started to break through my eyes. And flow down my checks. "N-no this has to be a joke...i-it can't b-be true" I said while wiping the tears coming down my face.

     Rin stood up and hugged my lightly so he won't hurt me. I hugged him back and cried into his shoulder. "(Y/n)" supposedly my father said.

     I let go of Rin and looked at the man. "Why did you leave?" I said blankly. "What?" He said shocked. "Why..did..you..leave" I said again.

     The man looked around the room and said "Because I couldn't handle a child" I sat up on the bed even more and said "Neither could mom" he looked at me with a confused look "What do you mean?" I stared at him and turned around so he could see my back covered in scars. Then said "She couldn't handle me" Then I turned over again and pointed at the scar on my shoulder. "D-did she do that?" My father said.

     I looked at Rin in the eyes and said "Yes" Rins eyes were glistening with tears. Then my father said "I wish I stayed with you...but I know will you be better off now with your friends...but I hope to see you again" then he opened the door and left. I felt the tears come again.  Then I pulled Rin back and started hugging him tightly.

       Rins Pov

   (Y/n)'s dad left and now she was in tears. I wish I could do something but I probably cou-. My thought was interrupted by (y/n) pulling me into a tight hug. Then I knew what I could do to make her feel better...i could be with her.
