Ch. 3 The Obsidian Pack

Its summer break finally. Has been for little over a week now so I should be updating a little more regularly.

Laurens P.O.V

The next time I opened my eyes, I was in my room, in my bed. My whole body was sore. I groaned and sat up. As I looked around my room, I noticed someone in my bed next to me.

Camila.

I smiled when I realized she was also wearing my clothes. Demi must've told her to go through my closet. She looked amazing in my clothes. I carefully got off my bed and walked into the bathroom. I looked in the mirror at my wounds. They were almost completely healed. I walked out of the bathroom, back into my room. Camila was still sleeping, so I left the room and walked downstairs to the kitchen.

When I got there, Demi and Selena were sitting at the table eating.

"Morning boss." Demi laughed

"You feeling any better Laur?" Selena asked genuinely after smacking Demis' arm

"This is why you're my favorite, Lena." I said smiling at Selena and kissing the top of her head. I pinched Demi before pouring myself another cup of coffee.

"So... Lauren. That's girls the reason you've been disappearing for hours in a day and been happy so much." Demi stated more r han asked, with a smirk plastered on her face

Selena hit her arm again and told Demi to leave me alone. I blushed and looked down into my coffee before nodding. Demi and Selena awed at this. I just giggled softly.

We talked for nearly an hour before the rest of the pack joined us at the table for breakfast. They were all eating while I was messing with Ian. I looked up when I heard my name at the door.

"Lauren?" Camila called softly

I stood up and walked over to her.

"What's wrong Camz?" I asked

"Nothing now. Its just... I woke up and you weren't there. I thought you were gone." She said sniffling quietly

I pulled her into a tight hug and kissed her forehead.

"I'm right here babygirl. I'm not going anywhere anytime soon." I whispered in her ear

She nodded against my chest and squeezed me tighter. It hurt but I didn't let her know that.

"You want some breakfast?" I asked her

She nodded and I left her over to the table. I sat down and pulled her gently into my lap since all the chairs were taken. We'd have to invest in another chair.

"This okay?" I questioned

"More than okay." She said as she leaned back into me

Demi handed her a plate with food on it and a refilled cup of coffee for me. Camila started eating, finishing her food quickly and then she took the cup of coffee from my hand and took a sip. She then smiled at me and layed her head back on my shoulder.

The whole pack was looking at her. I cleared my throat and started to speak.

"Guys this is Camila. Camz this is the pack. Thats Demi and Selena. But you know them already."
