Chapter 43 the airship

I had made it to the entrance where the students where being transported to the ground. I was looking around until I finally found ruby I wanted to talk to her but I froze up.

Shadow: What's the problem just go talk to her.

Me: Shadow she won't be able to recognize me and besides.......She probably won't even want to look at me like this.

Shadow: Oh for god sake's fine if you won't do it I will!

Me: Do wha-

I didn't finish because shadow had taken control of my legs and had me walk straight up to Ruby.

Ruby: Mark! Where have you been things are going crazy! And penny she's she's-

Me: I know what happened to penny Ruby and I'm so sorry for what happened.

Ruby: Where have you been.

Me: I was dealing with cinder but something happened to me she changed what I used to be.

Ruby: What do you mean?

Me: I mean I don't look like mark Tyson anymore I'm a freak a mon-

Ruby slapped me right in the face and pulled my face towards hers

Ruby: Remember what I said! I don't care if you human faunas or some mystical alien you are only one person to me.....AND THATS MARK TYSON!!!

She then wraps her arms around my neck.

Ruby: Do you love me?

Me: Always

Ruby: Then your the mark that I fell in love with and don't you forget that.

I then reveal my face showing my red eyes white hair and new black veins that where showing. Everyone close to me backed away thinking that I was some sort of Grimm but Ruby....she just went up to me and kissed me on the lips.

Ruby: Like I said you will always be Mark Tyson to me no matter what.

Nora tears up and says

Nora: So beautiful

Me: shut it Nora!

We all go into the airship and get ready to be transported to the ground until Ruby noticed the ship ironwood mentioned was out of control.

Ruby: Mark do you think you can web sling us to that airship?

Me: What air-

I then saw what Ruby was talking about and sighed.

Me: Alright hang on tight.

She wrapped her arms around my waiste and I made to web lines and readied me and ruby like a sling shot.

Sun: Are you guys nuts?!

Me: We might just be

And within seconds we are launched right towards the airship.

Ruby:Weeeee!!!

Me: Hell yeah!!!

I shoot one last web line to the ship and we land right on deck of the ship. We walked on the airship for a few minutes looking for trouble and then we found it. Some ice cream looking girl to a picture of us and then gave us a menacing look.

Me: Hey ice cream lady mind pointing us to the direction of your boss?

She responds by coming at me with her umbrella. I dodge the attacks and web her feet to the ground and ruby goes for the attack but a red tentacle wrapped around her leg and threw her away from the ice cream girl.

Me: Oh you've got to be kidding me how the hell did you get here!

Carnage: you forget that I heal faster than you. All i did was follow you and the girl.

Me: alright you pasta faced freak round three lets go!

Me and carnage then engaged into battle while Ruby was dealing with roman and the other
Girl.

Carnage and I where now going out at full force with nothing held back. Our tendrils ripped each other apart until our human halves. We then started fighting each other without our symbiotes each punch we landed on each other drew blood. At this point carnage had given me a black eye three broken ribs and probably a concussion however I noticed that carnages healing wasn't keeping up with him so I pressed the advantage. I kicked him in the knee making a cracking sound then I kneed him in the face and got him on the ground. Then I just kept punching him over and over again.

Carnage:I'm gonna kill you and you who-

And I just kept punching until I saw roman hurting Ruby. I threw carnage off the airship and find thorn on the ground. I run picking up the gun and fire it at roman shooting him in the face before he could finish off ruby killing him.

His body then plummets towards the ground off the airship. However the airship starts to fall and me and ruby make a run for it.

Where about to finally make it off but a nevermore yanks me away from ruby and all I hear is.

Ruby:MARK!!!!!!

I try to fight the nevermore' s grip but he was to strong . However shadow had recovered just enough to form himself into a spear and stab the nevermore in the head. We then go
plummeting to the ground.

The nevermore had cushioned my fall but it so disappeared leaving me on the ground with no strength left to move. I then hear a sinister laugh from someone. I looked around to see Tyrian was walking right to me.

Tyrian: oh she will be so pleased when she sees what I caught!

Me: Oh you motherf-

He then stomps on my face knocking me out cold.
