I'm tired of being told
I'm not skinny enough
I'm not pretty enough
I'm not good enough
I'm not perfect

I'm tired of being judged
For who I'm not
Who I can't and will never be
And I'll refuse to be

Simply put, I'd rather be someone
Who isn't defined by society
Who doesn't have to live up to
Flawed, idealistic expectations

Not yours, not society's
Not anyone's
