A Daydream Come To Life

Chapter 2

Olivia's perspective

I cant believe she just pushed me out of her room like that. this is big news i finally have a boyfriend. The last boyfriend I had was senior year high school but he broke up with me a week before school ended. The man i met today near the mailbox though he is my one true love. I can see it now our wedding day. I just cant wait for him to ask me. I lay down on the couch just imagining my perfect wedding when i hear a knock at the door. i get up and answer it. A tall man it standing at the door looking that the floor. he has brown hair that covers his forehead but it was still short , from the looks of it his eyes are brown but hard to fully see from the fact that he is looking down, he is muscular but just slightly not too much to where you could see it through his shirt but just enough that you could just tell, and his arm is rested on the door frame. "um can i help you?" he looks up and he looks a little disappointed. "oh well you see i was looking for that girl that came in here yesterday,is she here?" I turn around and look at Eves door. i don't want to wake her up again she may be nice but shes scary. "uh ya shes here but shes still asleep and trust me you don't want to wake her up, but i can leave a message." he looked even more disappointed "oh well i just wanted to say sorry for spilling my drink on her shirt yesterday, i kinda ran out really fast but i guess its good luck we live in the same building." he looked down at the floor again made a small laugh and said sorry for bugging me. he was walking away but i stopped him " wait um whats your name i'm sure Eve would like to know" he turned around "oh its Adam" "ok great i'll tell her you stopped by" with that he went into his apartment and i closed the door. that was the strangest thing I've ever seen i thought to myself as i made it back to the couch.

a couple hours have passed and Eve finally woke up. She doesn't drink coffee so she got a mug full of hot chocolate instead. she sat down and we said our good mornings. i told her about Adam stopping by and she thanked me. after that i had to do some shopping for tonight dinner. we have it all worked out one day i do dinner and the next she does it last night we just had taco bell but i could see why i dragged her all over the apartment complex so i would have gotten take out too. While at the store I grabbed everything i needed plus some sodas, bags of chips, couple things from the makeup isle, and i was on my way home. when in line for checkout my phone buzzed. it was my new boyfriend Jake. he texted asking me to come over tonight. Eve would kill me if she found out i spent the night with a guy after just meeting him so i told him that it probably wasn't the best idea right now. like the best boyfriend ever he totally agreed. i'm so happy to have such a great boyfriend. When i got home i started making dinner. it was gonna be a roast so it would have to cook for a couple of hours. when i got home Eve wasn't there but there was a note saying she went out to get some things from the store. i was just at the store she could have called then i would have gotten them for her but whatever. after i finished preparing the roast all that was left to do was wait for it to cook all the way through. i sat down on the couch and turned on the T.V. i looked at the clock 6:45 pm. I had the whole apartment to myself and Jake did want to hang tonight. no i couldn't who knows when Eve would be home and she would flip if she found a guy here.

Eventually Eve came home and he had dinner. she went to her room as always and i was stuck out here alone. i didn't mind it to much though. I heard a knock at the door and answered it of course to find Jake. "what are you doing here?" i whispered knowing if Eve caught me with him at out apartment when we had just met she would send him home. "You said you couldn't come to my house so i came to yours." i smiled and kissed him. "ok but we are gonna have to be quiet my roommate is not exactly boyfriend friendly." we slipped into my room and he immediately began to kiss me. I had never had a guy over this late before so i stopped him. i'm a virgin so i know if we had sex then i would make a lot of noise, most likely. "how about we just cuddle for tonight." i smiled at him gazing into his eyes. "ya probably a smart choice." we went to the bed and cuddled soon after i drifted off to sleep with a smile on my face.
