Poppy's POV
"Okay. Now, where do Ivory lives?"
"Just follow me, Poppy." Creek said.
I followed where Creek goes.
"None of this would've happen if you didn't betrayed us again."
"Look. I'm sorry okay? How many times do I have to say it to you?"
"Ugh. I wish you just listened to us. I wish you didn't betrayed us again."
Then, we saw a small, witch hut hidden under the tall shade trees.
"Is that where she lives?" I asked.
"No. But there's a secret way to go to her secret place." Creek said.
He searched and went near a tree, opened its trunk and pulled a lever inside it.
The ground suddenly opened, showing an entrance to a big, dark tunnel.
"Whoa." I said, surprised.
"Let's get in." Creek said and walked.
I hesitated and asked, "Wait. Are there any...booby traps or something?"
"Just follow my footsteps. You'll be safe." Creek answered.
We carefully went inside Ivory's secret hideout and searched for important stuff before she would come back.
"What are these?" I said while looking at the creepy, mysterious things that are displayed on her lair.
"Don't touch them." Creek said. "You might get trapped, or something."
"Okay."
"We need to get some stuff we need to beat Ivory." Creek said. "But I don't know how to use them." He added.
"But we need to try them." I said.
"Okay. Quickly, find important stuff here before Ivory comes back."
We began to collect some things that might help us. Soon, I felt myself getting weaker and I almost collapsed. And the worse thing is, I accidentally stepped on something that opened the ground we are stepping on. And it made us fall inside it. We can't get out inside because the ground above suddenly closed. Now, we're locked inside a cage.
"Oh no..." I said.
Ivory appeared at the other side.
"Well done! You fell at my trap." Ivory said, giving an evil laugh.
"How dare you?!" I shouted.
"No. How dare you!" She shouted. "You tried to sneak into my hideout. Well, at least you're trapped!"
"Why are you even doing this?!" I shouted.
"Why? Ask your selfish father!"
"He's not selfish! You're just the one who's thinking that he's more loved than you." I said.
"Shut up!! You don't even know anything about the past!" Ivory shouted. "And why would I even believe in you if I know that you are the daughter of Peppy?!"
"Please. I beg you!"
"Aww... Poor you. Because you're getting weaker and weaker."
"I won't let myself weak!" I shouted.
"Bye!" She said and disappeared.
"No....no..." I cried. "How can we save them if we can't get out of here?"
"Wait, Poppy." Creek said.
"What is it?"
"Look." Creek showed me a little mysterious box.
"What's this?" I asked.
"If you open this box in front of her, her powers will be absorbed by this, making her powerless."
"Great job, Creek!" I said and smiled. "But, how can we get out of here?"
"I also got one Teleportation Orb but, I don't know how to use this."
"Well then, let's try!" I said.
"Poppy, do you have the 'Book Of Spells And Witchcraft'?" Creek asked.
"Good thing, yes. I saw it at the shelves and took it immediately." I answered while getting the book from my hair.
"Good. Now, let try to find the instructions on how to use this thing."
I opened the book and find the manual on that Orb thing.
"What did it say?" Creek asked after I found the instructions.
"It says that, that... Ugh...man! Ivory's handwriting is weird." I said. "Wait, I think it says that you need to raise up the Orb carefully and it will glow and float by itself."
"Okay." Creek said. He raised the Orb, as what the book says, and then it glowed and levitated. "What's next?"
"Now, you need to tell the location and then we need to touch the Orb after telling it immediately. And we need to be careful. This is actually a one-time use only."
"Okay." Creek answered. "Orb, you need to take us to the Troll Village now. Quickly Poppy, touch it!"
We immediately touched the Orb and it made us teleport to the Troll Village.
"We're back!" I said. "Oh no... Everyone was now...weak."
We hid behind a bush and take a peek.
"What have I done?" Creek whispered. "Well, what should we do now?"
"Creek, I had a plan."
"What is it?" Creek said.
~~🌸~~
I suddenly heard dad and Ivory's voice...
"Dad..." I whispered. Creek and I ran to them and saw them fighting behind the Tree.
I saw Dad fell and Ivory was just going to kill him by her powers.
"Pepper, why...are you...doing this?!" Dad said.
"Do you even need to ask a stupid question? Well, it's only because of you!"
"Why?"
Ivory cried and explained with full of wrath. "Do you know why?! You stole everything in my life! Because of you, I feel like I'm just nothing to everyone! And you make me feel like I'm not important in this world!"
"Please. Mom and Dad loves you. They really do."
"No! You're a liar! I hate you!!" Ivory yelled.
"No...sis..." Dad said as he was getting weaker.
Ivory showed her powers, ready to get the soul of my father, but then I immediately shouted, "Stop it! Stop it right there, Ivory."
"Oh... Your precious little daughter is here, Peppy." Ivory said, giving a chuckle. "And what are you doing here? How did you escaped from my trap?" She asked.
"That's a thing you won't need to ask." I said and showed her a box.
Lol, this was like the shortest chapter of this book! XD
