This song, in conjunction with the original "The Little Mermaid," inspired me to write this story. I could listen to this song every day for the rest of my life and never tire of it. If you love it, consider purchasing Ms. Rusby's album, 20, which has a lovely rendition featuring Bob Fox that I actually prefer to this one (it's even more melancholy).
