There was a long silence after Calum finished.
"How can we be sure you're not lying? What if you disappear again?" Luke asked.
"Well, for one, why would I lie? There's no point in lying. Two, I told Y/N that if I ever hurt her again, she could leave, and I promised her that she would never see my face again. And three, I have nothing to run from anymore," he said.
"Wait, so are you and Y/N like, together?" Michael asked.
Calum looked at me, but I avoided eye contact.
"I... I don't know," he said.
I looked up at him.
"How can you not know?" he asked.
"There's just some stuff we need to discuss," I said.
"What's there to discuss?" Michael asked me.
"Michael, I just-"
"No, Y/N. I want you, right now, to tell me who you want."
