Unexpected from Tachibana Shinnosuke Part 1

"(F/N)! You cannot believe it! I'm getting married!"

...

Because of that, I woke up at the wrong side of my bed. Good thing I fall from my bed, and my loud alarm woke me up from that nightmare.

...

"Then? Your childhood bestfriend is getting married?"

"No, that was only in my dream." I hissed as I finished my juice "it was a nightmare"

"Well, that Tachibana Shinnosuke is already old enough to get married. You too." My friend pointed out

"I know that! But still..."

"Besides, its nearly 10 years since you last saw each other, and you didn't talk to him. You kept on telling me how you regret not contacting him, and of course not telling him that you like him"

I pouted my lips from what she was saying and couldn't help but agree. Almost 10 years ago, I left Japan to pursue my dream. I felt that I was so left behind, that was why to finish my doctoral, I accepted the scholarship here in (Western Country). When I graduated, I immediately got a job here and so since then I never had a chance to go back, even for a vacation.

And since then, I never had a chance to contact with my childhood bestfriend, Tachibana Shinnosuke.

~Flashback~

"Sorry, (F/N)!" He folded his hands in front of me as he bowed "I cannot go this weekend because of an event! I know that its the only time we can hang-out... but..."

"You have job. Its fine. I don't mind so lift your head up." I chuckled seeing him being like this. He slowly looked over me, and I smiled, assuring that it was really fine "Its fine."

"Thank you. Ah, how about now? We can go n-" but before he finished it, his phone rang and seemed someone from work. "Sorry..."

I tapped his shoulder and told him to go. He hugged me first before running away.

"Shinnosuke is now a seiyuu, and you are still studying" I turned around and my mom sighed "the others too, they already graduated and doing their dreams. How about you?"

"Leave me alone. I am doing my Masteral degree" I answered and received a message from my professor.

That day, I received the good news of going here to study. I accepted in order for me to move forward on my dreams. I didn't tell Shinnosuke since he was too busy working.

And so a week before my flight, he suddenly barged in my house, so excited to ask me to hang out.

"Are you going somewhere?"

"I wanted to tell you in person, but our schedule didn't fit. I am leaving to ( Western country). I am going to continue my study there, for my doctoral degree."

"You could have message me, and I would find time-"

"I messaged you, but your answers were all the same" I retorted and seriously looked at him "I can't, I have schedule, you kept on replying that. So how can you find time?"

"(F/N)..."

"Its fine already. In this way, I can catch up with everyone. I am so left behind." I chuckled and looked at him "So you have free time today? We can hang out today. Your treat though"
