Becca,
Hope your doing well.
Hope is something you always held onto. Why is it that when we don't know where to resort to, we cling on to hope? Is it even worth it? Is it worth clinging on to an unknown oblivion? Hope gives home to those who are stuck at a dead end, like I am. Just standing there hoping that the dead end will transform into a walkable path that will eventually lead to good. However, there's a difference between hope and me. Hope leads to good but I don't think I will end up good. I think that the storm is going to takeover my life.
On the other hand, today marks one year of you leaving Becca. The house is still as empty as it was when you left. The emptiness of your presence remains in each and every room. I think even mom misses you a lot even though she refuses to show it. We are all waiting for you to comeback and make everything better. Things were good when you were here.
Anyway, I am going to hope, since that's all I can do that you're happy wherever you are. I hope your good and you got what you wanted.
Love,
Aiden
152 Days before Graduation
Everyone has a story. A reason why they are who they are. The funny thing is people always make assumptions without knowing the whole story. Here I was in a crowd of people swaying to the music and chattering away. The gym was dark and poorly decorated. Starry night was the cliche theme that student council thought of. Prom is much better than Homecoming, especially since there was not many underclassmen at Prom.
"Aiden, can you grab me some more punch, Martin spiked the new batch, and I wanna get a little buzzed." Liv tells me and I oblige. I really wanted to be away from her, even if it was for a few seconds. The punch was a darker red than the previous batch, Martin was an idiot. Since the drink was darker, the faculty would know it was spiked. I grab the ladle and fill the plastic cups with the dark liquid. Liv smiles at me while I walk back with the punch in my hands. "Thanks babe." she practically purrs.
"Yea..." I awkwardly reply.
Across the room I see Summer. My eyes are transfixed on Summer and her date. Literally the day before I was going to ask her Jake Prescott beat me to it. I guess it wasn't his fault or hers really because they didn't know I was going to ask Summer. She looks radiant in her knee length lilac pink dress. Her hair is pinned up in an intricate updo that makes her look vibrant. Summer was laughing, her head tilted back and eyes crinkling at something that Jake said. Jake is not even that funny, at soccer he is a total bore.
Like a possessed man I walk towards them leaving Liv alone. Summer sees me and she smiles, "Aiden, hey." she breathes, her face still has a pink tint from how hard she was laughing.
Summer and I had been friendly lately. We would talk a lot in history class which earned us many annoyed looks from Mrs.Edwards. She was actually a pretty cool girl who was easy to talk to. My big mouth should have asked her to Homecoming earlier, but of course Jake beat me to the punch.

SHE.
Roman pour AdolescentsShe was addictive. Once you saw through her she consumed your thoughts. Ever since I have gotten to know her it's all about her. The thing is I would die for her and that's a real drug, isn't it?
