We were still at the river gazing at the stars. It was quiet obviously because we just had a "bond." After that we were able to officially make a relationship between us, but we didn't know if we should let others know or not.
As we kept looking up with utter silence Mikasa managed to fall asleep. Don't get me wrong, but she was cute when she slept. I got up carefully trying not to wake her up.
Me: "If you were that tired you could've just told me."
I picked up Mikasa carefully and started heading back to base. I walked along the quiet night. I looked down at mikasa as she started drooling.
Me: "well ain't that new.."
I stopped at my tracks just so I can wipe off her drool.
Me: "there you go."
I continued. When we got back I had a problem. I didn't know where Mikasa's room were. I would go out and ask armin or Eren, but I felt like they would tease me for some reason. So I decided to put her in my room since I don't sleep anyway. I headed to my room and opened the door. Normal as I left it. I put Mikasa on the bed carefully and took off her boots. I would've gotten the straps off, but I didn't want to go touching around those areas without her permission.
I put the blanket over her.
Me: "goodnight.."
I went out to get (p/n) at armin's room. I went up to Armin's room and knocked.
Me: "hello? Armin?"
There was no answer. I checked the time. I went over to a window and looked up.
Me: "3:00am"
Me and Mikasa were out pretty late. I trust (p/n) to be with armin. I guess I'll pick him up when he's awake. I headed back to my room. I went in and sat on the floor thinking of what I should do. I didn't think of anything. I looked over at mikasa.
Me: "I wonder if she ever get bad dreams."
I never get a bit of sleep. Sleep equals nightmares. I mean I don't get them when I passed out though which is weird. In my thoughts I heard Mikasa mumbling. I wasn't able to make out the words though. I got closer to her to see if I can. As I got closer her mumbling stopped.
Me: "I wasn't even able to make out what she said.."
I stood there.
Me: "I guess I could go out."
I was about to head out when I felt a tug on my shirt.
Mikasa: "you're not gonna stay here with me?"
Me: "I don't sleep. There's really not much for me to do so I'm just gonna head out."
Mikasa: "well you could cuddle with me.."
Mikasa blushed.
Me: "cuddle? Would that make you go back to sleep?"
Mikasa: "I mean if I'm comfortable enough to go back to sleep. As long as you don't leave me here."
I took a deep breath. She let go of my shirt. I got onto the bed as Mikasa put her head on my arm. I put my other arm on her waist gently.
Me: "like this?"
Mikasa: "yeah.."
Mikasa gotten closer to get more comfy. I look at her. Her face was stuffed into my chest and her eyes closed. She was still awake though. I put my chin on her head.
