The mission have already began. Me and my group were running up to the destination to reach the boulder faster. Riko came up to me and I had a little conversation with her, and really it was just about the mission and nothing else. Mikasa in the background didn't seem happy at all, but I thought it was just her usual emotional style. We arrived at our destination, there were barely any titans which was good. I looked at the group as they looked at me. Riko fired the green flare signaling the actual begging of the mission. Titans were already drawn at each side where our soldiers were stood out. We waited for pixies green flare so we can jump towards the bolder.
We finally see the flare from pixis that took him a few minuets to respond from. Mikasa would have to follow me and the others had to go around to catch up. Mikasa wouldn't keep up with me so I took her into my own hands.
You: "mikasa"
Mikasa: "yeah?"
You: "come here"
Mikasa: "ok.."
I took mikasa and carried her bride style. I knew she blushed because she would whenever I do something similar to this.
You: "hold on.. real tight"
Without listening to what she had to say I sped up to the first roof and the second. I looked at mikasa to see her reaction. She looked up to me not even processing what happened just like that. She was so confused. I did it again towards the boulder.
I set mikasa down on the roof almost next to the huge rock. I helped her balance for a bit cause she still is confused. She touched her head..
You: "headache?"
Mikasa: "uhh.. just a tiny one.."
You: "sorry. Was that hard to process through?"
Mikasa: "much so. I've never experienced such speed."
You: "I haven't experienced it for a whole while."
Me and mikasa just talked until riko and her crew came. I know she isn't in charge, but I only know her and not the guys.
Mikasa: "will you tell me more about yourself"
I looked at Mikasa. I touched behind my neck.
You: "maybe.. yes.. I don't know. It's hard to say."
Mikasa: "How bout your parents?"
You: "harder than ever.."
Mikasa: "I understand"
In this life, the young experience so much as they grow, and not as much a "normal" kid would experience. Minutes later Riko arrived. I took a deep breath and calmed myself for the best or worse. Riko shot the next green flare for the mission to begin or as it has. Mikasa looked at me.
Mikasa: "be careful.. please"
You: "I'll try"
Riko shot the flare. It's my time. I dropped down off the roof and looked at the huge piece of earth. I stood there looking at it. I looked around it to see if there would be a good angle. Ugh. No time. Everyone's gonna see me.. everyone's watching. I can't.. I have too. I have no choice. As my head was everywhere I stopped and shakes it off.
You: "ok, let's do it.. or, uh, try"
I put my hands under the boulder and started lifting. It was raising. It wasn't as heavy as I thought. I then lifted more of the rock and was able to gain full control of the rock. Hearing and feeling the amazement and wide eyed scouts around me. Still, everyone's watching. I lifted and lifted until I had it behind my back. The rock was dragging my feet down so I couldn't speed. I had to walk slowly towards the breach.
I gasped and breathed for air in every step I take. My eye lids being droppy. As I kept looking up for the view. I heard titans being taken down and seeing them get down. I didn't know if I was far or close to the breach, but the fact that I haven't used my powers since 11 or 12 made my use of them weak. I couldn't handle the much pressure.
I started getting tired and my vision was getting blurry. I'm losing it. I can't. That's when I took the wrong step. My only last vision was me falling and feeling the pain of the rock crush me.
Mikasa: "(Y/N)!"
You could here Mikasa under the cold, hard rock. You were "fine," but making her break down in tears was just saddening.
//no ones pov//
Riko looked down in disappointment. She knew it wasn't gonna work, know one could do such a thing. She shot the red flare saying the mission has failed.
Mikasa went down to help you.
Mikasa: "hurry help me get this off of him!"
The crew thought that was crazy. There is no way just them can move the huge boulder. All they did was look down in failure. Mikasa kept calling your name.
//Your POV//
I wake up to see myself on my bed. The bed where I slept in most of my childhood times with my parents. I sat up and looked around, stretched, yawned, Rubbing my eyes as my mourning routine. I looked down towards the floor and stood up. I slowly started walking out the door. It's like everything was a dream. I went Down the hallway and looked towards my right to see where the table would be. My father was there. Reading his book and mother making breakfast.
You: "good morning?"
I get their response.
Dad: "ahh good morning son. sleep well?"
Mom: "Good morning, sweetie. Breakfast is almost ready."
You: "yeah."
I sat across my father and looked at the book he was reading. A mystery book? Huh.
Everything was a dream..
??: "(Y/N)!!"
I heard someone yell out my name. I looked around my surroundings.. nothing. I must still be asleep. I'm back with mom and dad. I don't want to change that. Mother placed the breakfast plates. I looked at it as it was heaven again. I was crying, but I wasn't. Neither of my parents didn't see. Moms homemade cooking.
??: "(Y/N)!!!"
I kept hearing her voice. Wait, her? Crap. Who's "her." I AM dreaming. No wait.. I keep hearing her though. I should be able to ignore it. It'll go away. Yes. It'll be quiet.
I can't.
Who's her??
Ahh!
